It felt intrusive and out of place for what should've been a laid-back shopping trip. Most of the items seemed overpriced for what they were--mostly name-brand products you could easily find elsewhere for less. There wasn't anything particularly unique or exciting that stood out about the store itself. Overall, I just didn't understand the hype. It looked nice on the surface, but the actual shopping experience fell short.

This is a relatively small department store with clothing, shoes, home decor and kitchen items. They have clothing and shoes for the entire family. As far as the clothing and shoes, you can find the same or better quality at Walmart for a much better price. If you wanted to take it up a notch, you would still do better at Ross. You certainly won't go here looking for name brand or high quality items. With stores like Walmart, Ross and Target, right around the corner, I'm interested to see if this store will succeed. Bealls Outlet doesn't appear to carry anything that is unique or different than what is currently available in the Cumming market. Only time will reveal if this store is able to succeed in this already saturated discount market.

This was a decent price, but I can wait until they go on sale, especially since it's currently very cold outside and the weather isn't so good. DSW carries a lot of name brand nice quality shoes for everyone. However, the majority of the shoe selections are for women. Most of the shoes stocked in the store look like they are priced reasonably, about the same or less than the prices found in most department/retail stores. Shoes on display have nearby inventory; customers can find the size they need and try them on. At the rear of the sales floor is the clearance section where discontinued shoes or shoes with low/no inventory are grouped by gender and sizes. Different colored labels on the shoe boxes let customers know how much additional discount they can get. In addition to shoes, I saw lots of socks and some purses/bags. The issues that I saw was that employees were mostly in the front of the store at the registers, and the lack of price labels on shoe boxes. I didn't see any employees walking around asking customers if they needed any assistance. Also, I don't recall any price labels on boxes of the regular priced shoes. I had to look at the price sign next to the display shoe to find out the actual price. Other than those issues everything else was good.

I want to write a review because of my bad experience at the East Cobb Your Serve with Jill. I…read morewanted to demo rackets to buy and heard about their program where you can try two rackets per week for a month. I called at 6:45pm and talked with a very nice gentleman who worked there. I told him I wanted to try the program and I asked him to check to see if they have the two rackets. I wanted to try out and he did have them. I mentioned that I could arrive in three minutes and asked him if it was OK to come because I knew they closed at 7pm. He said yes it's great to come and that he would set them aside for me. When I arrived exactly three minutes later after my conversation with the gentleman employee from Your Serve, I went to the door of the store and verified the hours are posted closing at seven. However the door was locked and the lights were dim. I saw the gentleman at the counter, so I knocked. Jill came forward immediately, shaking her head no at me through the door. I told her through the door that I had just called and was told to come and she said it did not matter. She said it is too close to closing and they are closed and I could not come in. It was currently 6:52pm. I told her I'd already had it all set aside and it would be a quick process and she said no it is not a quick process. It would take at least 10 minutes. I said we have eight minutes and mentioned that this is poor customer service to tell someone to come and then to close 10 minutes early. She said "we have excellent customer service " and told me emphatically that I would have to come back the next day because she had decided to close now. When I came back the next day, she did not even remember who I was until I mentioned that I had come the night before. She went and got another gentleman to help me. The process to get the rackets that day from start to finish took three minutes, not the ten she said it would take. I would highly recommend going to a different tennis store than this location. The horrible customer service as well as lying about how long something would take to close early after telling a customer to come less than 3 min earlier was incredibly frustrating. Also of note, when I mentioned this experience to several of my tennis friends, I heard of many similar experiences with Jill in particular so I know this is not a one time negative experience with her.

The main store help told me someone would be with me in a few minutes, which was true. We walked 5 feet to the adjoining shop, where there was a nice selection of Liberty safes. I was provided good knowledgeable help, without any upselling or pressure. It was clear that they really move a number of safes through the shop! Having my iPad with me, I was able to compare prices on the spot. I did find one or two deals slightly better for the safe, but the delivery and handling charges for those sites were the "gotcha." The salesman was patient working with me to estimate delivery and install charges (photos of my driveway, yard, entryway helped) and got me set up. Delivery would depend on weather and workload. I told them which days didn't work. Today, Monday, my salesman called to see if delivery was possible with my schedule, which it was. Mark, the delivery guy, called on time with a perfect, professional and precise install. Kudos, Mark! My salesman, BTW, was David, the owner. So very nice to see an owner operated business with good prices, great service and honest advice!

Michael, assisted me with the selections that I was looking for and escorted me to the register and Mack, completed my return and new purchases with professionalism and a smile. The value of course is pricey but this is the Polo Ralph Lauren store and that's to be expected. You indeed get what you pay for. I'll always recommend this location to my family and friends for their Polo purchases. It was the excellent customer service from Mack and Michael for me. I'll be back.

Their clothing has a hefty pricetag and, in my opinion, doesn't hold up as well as other retailers' items. Why would I spent $140 on a half zip sweater to wear for any sort of outdoor activity? I'm not going camping in a $140 merino wool sweater - nor fishing - nor hunting - nor cutting wood...nor working in the yard...if you want to position yourself as an outdoors/outfitter then give me options that I can take seriously. I grew up outdoors. I still have a farm. I have to do things like clear brush regularly... Beyond the prices, I can't give this location any kudos for service. You can literally wander the whole store for 40 minutes without an associate ever greeting you.
