Usually when there is a price difference and you find others with the same price, they honor the marked price. It was an unpleasant experience and probably need to revamp their policies to honor prices that are marked, especially if there are others with the same markdown price!

I was grateful they were so specific with the explanation of their fit. I also commend them on their integrity. I paid through PayPal and before the charge even hit my bank account, HK Sportswear called me to let me know that they were refunding an accidental overcharge that sometimes happens with PayPal. Most companies wouldn't have taken the time and I would've had to fight for my money back, but they were right on top of it. They immediately handled it before I even knew there was an issue. When we made our way to the shoe department, the associates there were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They answered our questions, helped us find the right size, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that values customer service and actually takes the time to acknowledge you. Of course, I couldn't leave without finding something for myself! I ended up grabbing a pair of Nike slides, and they've turned out to be one of my favorite purchases lately. They're unbelievably comfortable -- basically like wearing slippers -- and I find myself reaching for them every single day. Afterwards, I quickly peruse the rest of the store. This location is ok, nothing special, typical Koh's. Depending on the day, the clothing section can be very disorganized and dressing rooms filled with clothing people leave behind. Sometimes there are super good sales that make the hunt worth it. Honestly, I wonder how this chain is still in business with other stores carrying similar merchandise at lower price points.

One of them refused to speak to me (he actually ran, & gave a snarky response while doing so), even though I was very polite when asking. None of the employees I've encountered over the last few weeks should be working in customer service. If there was another Target nearby, I would frequent that one, but unfortunately, this is it. Hopefully, the people working here will receive the necessary training on how to work with the public, & how to execute proper customer service at all times. The manager Kyle answered the phone - he did some price checks for me and was incredibly helpful. When I got into the store, Kyle remembered me from my phone call. He directed me to Matthew and Connor to help me find the items I was looking for. I could tell these guys knew what they were talking about, and I could tell they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. Truly a 5/5 star transaction, and I will definitely be coming back to give them my business.
