When I tried to redeem one I was told I used the Kohl's cash in the store right after I received it from customer service. Both times I left the store right after my return. I spent more than an hour talking to several customer service agents. They all said that I used that cash in the store before leaving the store. They finally gave me $20 back on one card. Some how the person at the register must be able to get access to the Kohl's cash. The agents were not very helpful or nice. I don't intend to do my shopping at Kohls any more.
