When my steak arrived it was pretty dry looking but my waiter (who did a fine job generally) was not around to say anything. Regardless I figured this steak was going to be the medium well side of things. In fact this steak was Well Well Done. Luckily I'm the kind who can go ahead and eat a steak this way though not my preference. It was dried out and very tough as expected. Finally after a bit my waiter came by and asked how everything was, to his credit he offered to have another cooked for me but I had already eaten half of it and I wasn't telling him for the new steak or refund or anything like that. I was more so letting him know that either the grill was running too hot or maybe they gave me the wrong steak and be on the lookout for someone saying they had an undercooked one (mine?) Overall not the best eating experience and if I was someone who refused to eat well done it would have been unfortunate to have to send it back.
