I actually know the people that own the place I went to school with them. Great family who loves the outdoors. So in retirement they built this cabin so they had a business to run. It is impeccably clean, outdoors and hunting themed and sits atop a huge hill with awesome view. Getting there is a little rough so to better have 4 wheel drive but it is so relaxing. It has a main kitchen, master bedroom and a mother bedroom atop with 3 beds. There isn't a lot to do in Coshocton but Roscoe Village is kind of cool and this is one of those places where you just go to relax. The price is fair too.
