This BY FAR the absolute worst Dickie's I've ever had. I've eaten at several all around the country. The ribs are completely dry and super skinny. The brisket is cut completely wrong making it hard to chew (should be cut against the grain for this reason) and I think we had pulled pork that wasn't pulled but it tastes identical to the brisket which is dry and tasteless so we're not sure. The jalapeño sausage is dried out and little shriveled pieces. The fries taste like moth balls. No idea why unless they didn't clean the potatoes or something. It's bad enough I hope they bring in corporate to train the staff or lose their franchise license. It's that bad, yall. read more

Absolutely the worst dickeys I've ever been to. Nothing is like it should be. It seems like these people are running the restaurant without a license. The wings were the worst I've had and our big yellow cup drinks were given in clear plastic cups and they poured them from a can. The food tasted as if they bought it from Walmart in the frozen section and heated it up. When I ordered my wings the waitress yelled from our table to the old man in the back to ask if they still had wings and how many. She had to yell 4 times before he understood her. All in all the place just seemed sketchy. We won't be going there anymore. read more

Good low and slow BBQ. The deal of the day is a great bargain. Great food at a very reasonable price. The BBQ sandwiches were really good. Really enjoyed the BBQ sauces. The pork was piled high and the sauces gave it just the right taste. There was a great selection of sides. Seemed to have something for everyone. We tried the Mac and Cheese, the sweet potato casserole and the fries. My favorite was the sweet potato casserole. The staff greeted us quickly and pleasantly. They told us about the menu and the deals. They were outstandingly helpful. We would definitely return for another great meal. I didn't even get to eat, but the service is great. I locked my keys in my car and the pit master or an employee came out and helped me unlock my car, like a pro lock smith. Overall 10/10 if the food is as good as the service and lock picking, I'll be back for sure! read more

This is my second visit to a Dickey's BBQ. The first was in Garden City, SC. This one is much smaller and darker. The drink / bbq sauce area is also small and very crowded. There was an extra tea dispenser in the way because the other one was empty and wasn't taken back to the kitchen. I was interested in a combo so I could try several things but I never found that on the menu board so I had to ask. The staff seemed less-than-enthusiastic but they were polite. I ended up with a 3-way combo containing polish sausage, pulled pork, and brisket with creamed spinach and mac and cheese sides. The food arrived fast. The sausage was barely warm and had very little color to it as if it was simply warmed up... not grilled or smoked. The pulled pork was also barely warm and I detected very little smoke flavor. The brisket... you guessed it... was barely warm, but had some dark colored bark around the edges that was flavorful. I used the spicy bbq sauce from the crock pot to help warm everything up and give it more flavor. The mac and cheese is similar to the KFC and the creamed spinach was not my favorite. Both sides were piping hot though. Although everything was edible this was a lackluster experience and I will not return. read more

We kind of stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. It was well worth it. For a quick serve BBQ joint, it's quite excellent. Their brisket is tender and delicious and the side we had - creamed spinach, potato salad and the jalapeño beans were excellent. Beware - those jalapeño beans has a kick. But if you don't mind a little heat, they're delicious. We will definitely be back! read more

The cook had brown curly hair and no hairnet and I noticed him blow his hair out of his face a couple of times, I was just hoping the whole time it's not blowing in my food. Another girl working had her hair hanging straight down, there was a third girl working that actually had a hat on. Not to mention, I had more fat in my BBQ than anything. read more

Ordered take out last week and after placement someone called me saying they are out of the brisket chili and brisket mac and cheese, but I was still charged the $1.5 extra fee. Then when we wanted to pick up our order, someone else had already taken it and we had to wait 20min for them to remake it. No real apology or a free drink while we waited. Used to live by a Dickey's in Dallas. It never disappointed. Was near Boiling Springs today at supper time so went to Dickey's. They asked us if we wanted the fat removed from the brisket, we did of course. Brisket had good flavor and texture. Sides were 50/50. One of mine was good, the other was not so much. Same with my wife's sides. Sweet potato casserole was bland & not sweet at all, baked potato casserole was also bland. Maybe that is their style? Baked beans were great, same with mac & cheese. All in all a decent meal but I have had better brisket meals in South Carolina. read more

The workers are incredibly rude, then when they mess up your order they will tell you that you ordered wrong. Don't bother ordering what you want, they will just give you what they made yesterday. The sides are small and inedible, they are dry and taste like the leftovers from the day before. It's a bad take on bbq where they triple the price and drop any effort.
