    Fraudulent bait and switch ad.

Dick Smith Ford Raytown Missouri If I could give a negative rating for this dealership, I surely would . They are currently offering at this date 12-21-21 to buy your vehicle $4000 over Kelley Blue Book trade-in value. only deducting for mileage or condition or demand in area. In my case The KBB Trade-in range was $41,243 ~ $44,962 so you would think they would add $4000 to either of those figuresto get to $45,243. or $48,962. respectively. If we lived in a true to your word world. I have a photo of their offer for $34,244. plus $4408.to bring it to a grand total of $38,652. That is nowhere is close to the Kelley blue book figures. Mind you this truck is better than brand new with low mileage no wrecks nothing wrong with it. Beautiful truck! On their lot they were trying to sell me trucks with 150,000 miles for $58,000 and they were three years old. What is wrong with this picture. Stay away from them do not do business with them. Spread the word. Dick Smith Ford on 350 Highway terrible place to do business total thumbs down for me.

Friendly staff who explain options well and keep you informed. Appointments are followed and they get you in and out timely. The price is fair and any changes from the estimate are explained up-front before work begins.

I gave her a ride later to pick it up. So I took my car down there when it needed anything for years, always did think they were over priced, But I thought, If I can trust them, it's worth the money for a piece of mind. Over the years things change. The last time I was there they changed the oil, the Kid that works there parked my car at the curb, slammed the door so hard the whole car shook then spit in the street, Lovely, I drove it for a couple of days, the car seem to be missing out, I looked under the hood and seen the coolant line was leaking, right above were the oil filter is. I called them, they made me make a appointment which I understand. I took it out there and that Andy guy was all snotty, they had it for about 5 minutes and said it was ok. I paid $70.00 dollars for a oil change and they broke my coolant line ? yes. I took it to Mccorkendale's out by Lake Tapawingo on 40 hwy. They fixed it fast and affordable, I don't need Henry's, also Mccorkendale's people were nice to talk to and their oil changes are $30.00 cheaper Good Riddance Henry, bye!
