Then I told the kid what happened he said nothing. It was obvious as there were only 2 employees at the store it was one of them. I know this was a free service but still. Between getting diagnosed and repairs but they took their time to make sure the job was done right. In the end I needed a new transmission. Thank God for a warranty because the cost whew! The entire staff was absolutely helpful and friendly during the entire process and they contacted the warranty company for me and got the rental information and did all the paperwork. I just showed up and signed and was done! Special kudos to Brandy for all of her help and patience she never seem stressed when I called with a question or concern.
