His son Kyle is currently running the business after working with his dad for years. I can not tell you how GREAT and HONEST this business has always been and continues to be !!! I recommend them to everyone. More than once they have saved a customer $ when another mechanic told them repairs were necessary when actually these services were not needed. If you are thinking about taking your car here, think no longer and just do it. You will NOT be sorry except for the fact you waited so long to have your car worked on by Kyle !! Once we were sure about the one we liked, they called Max over to assist with details from the prior damage and negotiated a better price. VERY EXCITED about my new work horse. Seemed like they had a lot more inventory at the old (smaller) location, but i'm assuming due to (construction in progress) of new HUGE service facility the inventory is a little limited. Although, we were invited back for the new GRAND-REOPENING in February.

She did her homework online & found a nice Ford that would do the trick out at Keyser & Miller. We arrived ahead of her scheduled 11 am appt but no matter, Karl was there & ready to help. We looked over the vehicle & asked Karl many questions about it. We took it for quite a long ride so she could see how it handled on the highway & not just city streets. He was very accommodating & never made us feel rushed or that he was not being truthful. A couple of times he had to get answers from a manager but had no problem doing that for us when he didn't know the answers. After several hours at the dealership we all sat down to talk. Again, Karl was not pushy & never made us feel like he just wanted to make the sale. In the end my friend decided to buy the truck. The following day she came back to pick it up, all detailed & ready to go. A verified "Happy Camper".

And the "service advisor" kept arguing with me/claiming that I was trying to scam them. Horrible service from start to finish. I will never return.

They are difficult to reach, don't return calls and with the on line registration you're really not sure if you've made an appointment to drop off a car or just fro them to get back to you. When we tried to call them the phone would have an automated voice giving the hours but when we'd call on those, there was no answer. Finally I went there to make an appointment but was told they had different hours, and when I commented on the hours on the machine was told "WE CAN'T CHANGE THE ANSWERING MACHINE and would call us. There was some phone tag and finally we just went somewhere else. So we're left with people who don't respond to calls but more importantly, do you really want to trust your car to people who can't even change the message on their answering machine?

My trunk hasn't worked since November 2016. I took it to my Fiat studio, Fiat of Mongomeryville and…read morethey have told me that; A. It's a bad wiring design. B. It will cost me $1300 to fix. This is completely unacceptable for this to happen to a car at all. A simple search on the internet shows MANY Fiat owners with the same issue. Fiat needs to step up to the plate and fix this problem. I will never buy another Fiat if I have to pay $1300 due to a bad design. The overwhelming majority of that $1300 will be in labor charges. At this point the fact that my trunk won't open has become an issue of safety. My third brakelight is out and can't be fixed without the trunk being able to open. Without the third brakelight working my car will fail inspection. This is just unacceptable to me. I'm still making payments on the car too. Just to put a fine point on this. Despite the fact that Fiat of Montgomeryville told me there was no way to open the trunk of my car manually I was able to find the emergency latch anyway. I can't say enough how disapointed I am with this dealership. I will certainly be filling a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau. The trunk on this POS has now stopped working too. Do not buy a Fiat!

Its time I buy a grown up car! So, I call the fine people over at McGoldrick Leasing. I've done tech work for Peter before, so I knew this was a very trustworthy business. I told him what I had to work with and spend and he had a few cars lined up for me to look at within 10 minutes. They make you feel like you're the most important person in the world. I've been burned by dealerships before, but McGoldrick assured me whatever problem came up, big or small, they would personally take care of it. I most likely will not be going back to Mcgoldrick Leasing.....only because this car should last me forever.

Going to look for a new Tacoma. The service at this dealership has consistently left me feeling helpless and I don't enjoy that feeling. I go to a great local mechanic for maintenance but the dealership's support is needed for these computer issues. They offer zero support, so I'd advise not to buy a GMC.
