The best sub shop in everett fresh ingredients on the daily. An always friendly face at the counter and if you go in more than once a week they remember your name and order. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and when I got it home after two bites encountered a clump of hair in bedded in the chicken!!! Gross!!!! When I called the store back and asked to speak to the manager he said " what do you want me to tell you" " sometimes my wife cooks and I get hair in my food also" I don't know what type of establishment they are running over there but clearly not a professional one!!! So, today I figured why not try some Diblasi. I read some of the raving reviews praising Diblasi for their great subs and with that I decided to try them out on a whim. I ordered the today's special properly titled, "The Gladiator" which basically is a Large Chicken Parmesan topped with homemade meatballs that suck all in the same sub. I mean if you're starving and want a quick bite to eat and you somehow arrive at Diblasi and order something, you'll probably enjoy it solely for the reason that you were hungry and you'd enjoy anything at that point despite how bad it is. Locals tend to praise local businesses and tell you how good it is, and who can blame them. They probably lived there all their life and are chock-full of lie and of course they're gonna get used to the awfulness that is DiBlasi. They lie to themselves and pretend the food is delicious when really its delic- isn't. The sub I got was not a good sub cause theres so much in it and the bread can't hardly hold it all together and the bread sogs up cause of the sauce and eventually it all comes apart once you grab it and try to stuff it in your mouth if it would fit. I also got the chicken cutlet sub with provolone cheese, tomatoes and lettuce and let me tell you, don't be fooled by their picture on their website because I tried it and it's not as mouth-watering as it looks. In fact its deceptive and I cried at the realization of it not being otherwise. Overall I wouldn't eat here again. Instead I reckon you come on down to Abbodanza on main street which is pricey but totally worth it for their incredible steak and cheese or steak tips. read more

Been a loyal customer of DiBlasi's my whole life pretty much. The steak and cheese is their signature sub and the "go-to". My favorite is one of their specialty subs called The Big Labowski and has steak, cheddar cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce. AMAZING! I ordered my food at 7:10 Pm. I received the food at 8:42 Pm. That's ABSURD. Completely not acceptable. The girl on phone told me any minute my first phone call at 8:10. The second call she said she was gonna call the driver and call me back.Never got the call back. My third call she told me the driver was outside. I got off the phone and went outside. What can I say about DiBlasis's? Well, I grew up around the corner from this place and have been eating there for probably 25 years. All the food is fantastic. My favorite, as my wife (Maureen) mentioned, is the Steak Bomb - minus the mushrooms. When I was a kid, I used to get the meatball sub with pickles! Strange I know, but it was great to a 5 year old! The pizza is also great; it's the secret blend of cheeses that make it extra yummy whether you are eating a slice while waiting for your sandwich to be made or taking it home for later. A few years back one of the employees at the time, Greg, purchased the business from the original owner as he was retiring and he expanded the menu quite a bit, to include offerings such as fresh roasted turkey and others. My husband and I were passing through Everett and decided to stop in here to grab a couple slices of pizza for lunch. We had never been in before and knew nothing about it. We were so happy with our spare of the moment decision, because the pizza was amazing! The service was also great. Been going to DiBlasi for many many years and always loved their subs. The last couple of times I have been extremely disappointed. Last night ordered on the phone, picked them up and when I got home I was so disappointed. Hardly any meat, torn off pieces of cheese, about a teaspoon of pickles and tomatoes, no seasoning or oil.
