A nice location with lots of seating. We ordered a couple of small Turkey subs and they made them quickly. The high quality meat and the excellent crunchy sub roll is what makes this one great submarine sandwich. The place was nice and clean and they had old fashioned music playing. Great sub erratic service. The sub maker was unfamiliar with what cut in thirds meant forgot the horseradish and when we went back for horsey mayo was unable to distinguish it from regular mayonnaise. She did make up for this by giving us an excessive amount of roast beef which was greatly appreciated even if she did put it all on one end of the sub. read more

I love DiBella's and food wise I don't think you can go wrong at almost any store. The food was good, but this locations customer service and processes are the worst by far. I usually don't try to write negative reviews especially when the food is good. But this place is consistently extremely poor. I have been in 3-4 times at this location and only once was the service ok. It points to poor management. If there is any. Attitudes are super poor (and that is from someone who lived and worked Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx for 10 years). Call in orders put as priority, food slammed into the counter and just left there (not even our order). Improperly made orders, and 15-30 minute wait to make a sandwich!? After having to stand in line for 10-15 minutes without even a nod or acknowledgement before you even order? 40 minutes get an order? And to get it wrong!? I hate to see what it is like when it is actually busy! Management, get your act together! Work with your workers, set positive examples, don't accept piss poor attitude. If this is a Franchise, DiBela needs to check it out and fix this store! It is giving you a terrible reputation! read more

So I forgot my lunch for work. It happens. I needed a place to quickly make me some food so I could eat and get back to work. This Dibella's was right around the corner from the building I was doing training in. I ordered online and I'm pretty sure that the sub was ready before my time picked! As I was stopping in to get my sub, a GrubHub guy cut me in line and shouted at the employees the name of the order he needed. One girl, completely caught off guard, helped him and left me there standing. I had been there two minutes already. Another worker saw the whole thing go down, stopped making a sub, and came over and asked me for my order's name. I was so impressed! I've made the mistake of coming to Dibella's a few times and each time have left extremely underwhelmed (other visits were at different locations). When a chain of subshops is not even marginally better than Subway (which probably uses fake, chemical-infused products) then you know it's not good. For the life of me, I don't understand how this chain has managed to expand to so many locations and remain in business when their basic product - a sandwich - is so meh. read more

Big ass mistake ordering food from these people. We ordered 2 subs. Pretty simple request. Received two different subs, wrong meats and both without any cheese or toppings. I get it, reading a ticket order is super duper hard work, but COME ON. When I called and spoke to the manager, I was told if I wanted the correct food, I would have to drive out there myself, their delivery guy was busy. Super Cool. Never again DiBellas, you asshats. This was probably the worst service I have had at a DiBella's. The staff was annoyed that we ordered subs and kept passing us off to another employee. When we finally got someone to help us I got an exasperated sigh when I order a hot sub. We were going to order cookies but this location only had one kind and they looked burnt and were hard. I have been going to DiBella's for years and have always enjoy the experience and come to have certain expectations. We have been ordering subs online for the last few weeks as a substitute for eating out during the shutdown. All was fine until today. We specified a time for pickup and have shown up promptly. Prior to today, the subs were perfect. Today, however, the subs tasted as if they had been made yesterday. Flabby lettuce and tomatoes. "Warm" mayonnaise that seemed suspect. A couple of the staff are super nice but 99% of them are not. The assistant manager has made subs for me and been super grumbly and pretty much plopped them in front of me and was super short. I used to love coming here when I was younger, not so much anymore. The service was uncomfortable, as if we were an inconvenience. I ordered my daughter's food with one person. After they handed me her box, they walked away. I waited another 2 minutes or so until a different person asked if I needed help. They made my sub but once again, as if I was an inconvenience. They handed me the sub and they all went back to chatting and making food while we stood waiting to be cashed out. One by one, they glanced up and ignored us. We ended up walking out. DiBellas is hands down the greatest submarine shop in all of the land. Whenever I visit from South Florida, I always make sure to fill my belly here. The portion size is enormous. I recommend the roast beef on sesame bread, with mayo, honey mustard, oil dressing, lettuce, tomato, extra onions and sweet peppers, light hot peppers, black olives, provolone cheese, and a chocolate chip cookie for desert! I went into the store for lunch today. I ordered a small sub with just steak and cheese. The manager who took my order was friendly and kind. I paid for my sub, and returned to the counter to wait for my sandwich. I returned just in time to hear the man who was making my sandwich stop employees walking by to tell them that the sandwich he was about to make was going to be "nasty" due to the fact that it had no peppers or onions or mushrooms on it. You don't have to eat it. You just have to make it. Keep your comments to yourself. I will not be dining at and Dibellas in the future. read more
