We could not be happier with our new kitchen and laundry room. We got new cabinets and counter tops…read morethrough Low Cost Construction and the quality is great! We got quotes from multiple other places and Low Cost Construction was over $10,000 cheaper than the others for our kitchen renovation. Dino helped us from start to finish. He made sure the project ran smoothly, and that it started on time. He came over both days to check on how it was going and even did a Home Depot run himself for something one of the guys needed. He is so friendly, and the customer service is so great. We would 110% recommend them to anyone that is looking for new cabinets or countertops! Thank you Dino for making this project so seamless and happen so quickly!

I normally don't write reviews like this, but this situation has left us with no choice…read more We paid Low Cost Construction approximately $19,400 for flooring, labor, and a cabinet installation. Unfortunately,I received no product , and we have effectively been left without resolution and out a significant amount of money. Their Chandler location has since closed, and while their Phoenix location has a sign stating "by appointment only," they have completely stopped responding to our calls and text messages. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with them, but have received no communication in return. At this point, we have begun the process of filing a claim with our credit card company and are moving forward with legal action. This is the first time we've ever experienced anything like this, and it's honestly pretty disappointing. We were hoping to work with a reputable company, but instead have been forced into a situation where litigation is our only option. I would strongly encourage others to not to consider this business at any level.

Same experience as previous review from Steve. I'm finishing my cabinet install this week. I AM…read morebuying countertops. I walked in yesterday ready to buy countertops. The front desk woman was very kind but her first question was "Who sent you here? Answered, My contractor. "What's your contractor's name, who does he work with here?" After checking to see that he wasn't in the system she asked me to fill out the intake form and then walked me through the warehouse. She asked me who was paying for the counter tops, me or the contractor. Odd question but I said I was. I grabbed a couple photos of slabs and then we walked out and she gave me a print out of the items with pricing. She also stapled the branch manager's card inside and told me to have my contractor call him even though I was there today to buy I wasn't asked and apparently no one could help with that process other my contractor. There was at least 4 associates in the warehouse then in the showroom taking pictures of items for what seemed to be social media. Way more interested in "likes" than sales, branding is everything, except when your brand is to make sales. Still no one said hello, not one of them asked if they could help, asked if I had questions or acknowledged that I was a customer ready to buy and schedule a counter top install. I'm taking Steve's recommendation and heading to AZ Tile today and then Daltile's showroom followed up with Cactus Tile and Stone. I love capitalism and the free market.
