This company redid my parents master bathroom and I wished my parents had let me get bids from…read moreother companies. This place will rip you off in a heart beat. Logan is charming in the beginning then he turns into a liar and we had to step around him and go to the owner. Owner Victor was better but prices continued to change until the very end. They couldn't do an accurrate bid and continued to go up and up and up! Logan lied multiple times to my elderly mother. The price didn't go up a little bit the prices went up thousands over $6000.00. The way they send you the bid if you do not downloaded or print it when they updated the bids the previous bid disappears and this is when Logan started to lie. He said we always said X when we never said it. Logan was so bad the owner Victor became our primary contact because we could not trust Logan. Upfront: They ask whats your budget then give you a spineless amount around your budgeted amount and raise it with each conversation even though you gave them all of this information up front. We asked them to order everything and have it in stock before beginning the job. They said they had everything but lied. We had to wait because the flooring people were out of the tile because they didn't order it as they said. The same thing happened with the shower walls they were out of the color we wanted. Do not trust them. They said 2 weeks from start to finish it was 90+ days. I knew 2 weeks was wrong but thought it would be quicker then over 90 days. So many issues I can't even list them all. Best thing about them was the man that did all the work Blake was good however his hands were tied due to Logan and he needed to keep his job.

It was completely demoed and gutted by 5pm that same day with the plumbing work done! Two days later (not counting Sunday), the ENTIRE JOB WAS DONE! I've never seen quality work done this fast and it looks awesome. He brought his two kids in to help and they were all extremely professional and cleaned up everyday. Could not be happier, highly recommend Danny Dorsey. He has been doing this 40 years in Amarillo and is the best, cleanest and FASTEST solution you will find to redo a shower. His price was also $500 lower than another guy who never showed up. Thank you, Danny! A+++++

The bid was very thorough, and they were able to break the quote down for me by the service, so I could opt to remove something if I wanted. 20 minutes after they were expected to arrive today, they hadn't shown up and I hadn't received a call. I called and left a message and heard back within 10 minutes--the owner was apologetic and explained that there had been an emergency they needed to handle and the team was headed my way shortly. An hour after the appointment the technicians (Billy and Evan) finally arrived, and they got right to work. They were extremely courteous, thorough and professional in general. The final bill was very close to the bid I was given, and they also told me they would try to correct 2 spots that weren't coming up completely if they started to appear within 2 weeks of today's work. I would strongly recommend calling Amarillo Steam Team first, because they don't mess you around on services not needed and they treat you with respect and obviously appreciate their customers.
