Communication beforehand was great. They advertise as offering no-contact service with PPE use while interior detailing, and following chatting with them we were also pleased to know they accept all forms of payment (including no-contact pay apps). We booked for a two hour window in the morning on a Friday. They were about 30 minutes late, but we did book the night before and fortunately we're both working from home so it really didn't bother us much this time around. They also communicated well what their arrival timing was going to be, which was much appreciated. Really pleasant two-man team working out of a pickup truck. Unfortunately, they weren't wearing any PPE when we answered the door. Regardless of anyone's opinion on Covid-19, if I owned a business (any business) PPE would be mandatory for anyone representing my business in front of the public while conversing face-to-face. But maybe that's just me. You just never know what your clients' views are on such a controversial topic and what they might expect. Food for thought for what appears to be a fairly new business hopefully looking for constructive feedback. Regarding the service. They asked for access to an electrical outlet and spigot which we were ready for and provided. We booked three vehicles; an SUV, a sedan and a full-sized truck. The estimate was that they would take about 3 hours to complete the job (which surprised considering full service on such dirty vehicles) and were very accommodating about my wife's need to quickly make a Costco trip with one of the vehicles. I was a little bummed, however, when my wife returned and as we were unloading the car I noticed that they were not using gloves for the interiors of the other two vehicles, as advertised. Thankfully the vehicles are all going to bake in the summer sun for a while before use and it's probably not going to be a problem. Now for the results... 3 hours was definitely not enough time for our dirty vehicles, it seems! But rather than get frustrated and lazy seeing the condition of our vehicles, these guys put in work. Taking the time necessary to put the "detail" into "auto detailing". The interiors were top notch! Our only complaint about the results, is that they didn't do a good job on the interior windows. My wife and I had to work through each vehicle doing that job as a follow up. Rear view mirrors included. All said, I'm sure these guys will address the minor issues raised here and you can be confident in a good job performed by them.

My business here is done and there is no making up for this. I cleaned out my entire car and was very patient while he was very unprofessional and inconsiderate for not notifying me and coming to do the job. Don't offer business if you cannot do the job-plain and simple.
