I highly recommend this place to Everyone who's looking for a place to have your pet cared for & groomed amazingly! Our first and only day at dog daycare last week and our dog had to go to her vet for kennel cough…read more The dogs have no bathroom area and are left to pee and poop on the floor, which then every dog walks through. They hose the floor off with water once or twice an hour. In a room of twenty dogs there are 4 dog beds, a stepped ramp and a kiddie pool. Dogs just pace back and forth while a worker stands in the room. I added on "training" thinking it would help my dogs nerves as I watched her on their webcam pace and jump up on the worker repeatedly trying to get attention or comfort. They gave her 20 minutes of "training" which doubled the cost of daycare. This is not a good environment for dogs. Also don't park anywhere near the loading dock because that is where they rinse the urine from the daycare room throughout the day. Response: As much as I appreciate a response from the owner defending their business it did not negate the reality of our experience. The pictures I posted with this review are just screen shots of the videos I recorded of my dogs experience. Maybe don't offer live webcams if you don't want people to be unhappy with the level of care and cleanliness happening in your facility.

It was a big commitment to travel to Eugene, OR for training, but well worth it. We gained valuable skills and insights that we can continue to use to improve our communication, relationship, and results with our service dog. With my daughter's daily practice between lessons, we saw immediate improvement in Jada's ability to learn, general behavior, and enthusiasm to work. CPT uses a balanced approach and customized plan for training that is scientifically based. We met with Chrissy in-person for our training, but I would be 100% confident to also recommend her for the board-and-train service as well. She is a competent trainer who cares about your dog's well-being in the training process; she will do right by your pup!

She did an amazing job. Both dogs came crate trained, fairly potty trained (as much as a puppy can be), trained to come at command, to sit, stay, etc. My favorite is "leave it". We can literally put a juicy piece of chicken right next to him and tell him to leave it and he will! Our puppy is now 7 months old and the best behaved puppy we could have hoped for. Everyone that meets him comments on how well behaved he is and what a good dog is. Chrissy clearly has a natural love for animals and we couldn't have been happier with the training.
