The key for Finn was taking the tools from class and implementing/reinforcing them on walks, at the dog park, outdoor shopping malls, or just around the house. To this day, I do not have anything in writing about the incident. I have requested video footage of what happened to my dog - haven't received a thing. Do not ever trust this place with your dogs. The place is essentially a bunch of kids watching over them. They do not have credentials of any kind. Horrible!
