besides one employee that was very nice, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. As a customer I found out about behind the scenes drama between the owners. not professional of the shop. they had a product to engrave for weeks and I was called the day I was supposed to pick it up asking, "what do you want done?" and found the price was astronomically outrageous . then I settle for a different service whoch they had for another two weeks and I had to reach out to ensure it would get done. I brought a frame in that was messed up and broken from another shop and they fixed it for me, re-enforced the backings and mattitng and installed new glass for free. I regret the day I selected this place to make the award we needed. The company wanted to frame a guidon for the outgoing CO. Communication with them was terrible. It took them over a month and a half to get the award done. We ended up receiving the award after the ceremony. To top it all the frame was slightly damaged. We paid about $280 for this fiasco. My suggestion is that if you can wait few months and can locally pick up what you ordered then this place should be fine. Otherwise look somewhere else. read more

I was super impressed with the professionalism of this store. We reached out to them when the vendor we were trying to work with was continuously delayed and unresponsive and the difference was night and day. They answered emails quickly and phone calls by the second ring. We had a bulk order of coins for our battalion and they worked with the design we provided and then helped us improve it at no cost when a change was requested. I love our coins and so does the BC. All that and at a price less than the other place. We will definitely be using them again in the future. And I am going back soon to get an award for Chief. read more

Picked up a guidon plaque for my Chaplain today $100+, it was a saying that meant a lot to all of us. Before leaving the shop, we made sure that if there was any question to give us a call.. Well that didn't happen. A simple word was misspelled an "A" looked like a "U". The word was Soar and was spelled Sour (are you kidding me!) "They will SOUR!! on wings like eagles.. They brought and threw the paper on the plaque and pointed the paper out showed us that the A looked like a U and didnt even consider fixing it (Definitely had a attitude). This was all done but the rude gentleman at the front desk who didn't even greet us or nothing, He told the young lady in the back who actually greeted us to sit down and he had it (little awkward). I will not use or recommend Diana's to anyone in my unit. I really wish you made this right. From what I saw this is not a Soldier friendly business. read more

This has been the absolute worst waste of time I have ever spent on attempting to get a guidon made for a soldier in Afghanistan before he arrives back to the states. After several weeks of calling the store during business hours and no less than 6 Emails I have only been answered 'once' by phone where I was 'assured' that I would receive a phone call back in 30 minutes, of course it never happened and they failed to take my future calls. If we were closer in proximity we would have gone in the store personally but that should not be the only solution available. If you are going to have a phone number listed and Email listed then you better utilize them dang it. Thanks to this company we are a month behind schedule in our plans to plan a ceremony for a soldier. read more
