Our team needed a going-away gift on short notice after another business made several mistakes. Since we needed it the very next day, we went to multiple locations looking for help, but no one was willing to assist. When we arrived at Diana's Flags & Guidons, the experience was completely different. Their willingness to help was outstanding. Not only were they able to make all of the necessary corrections, but they also had every image we needed to complete the project correctly. They made every correction while we waited, without hesitation, and their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to save our gift, and we couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend Diana's Flags & Guidons to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. read more

besides one employee that was very nice, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. As a customer I found out about behind the scenes drama between the owners. not professional of the shop. they had a product to engrave for weeks and I was called the day I was supposed to pick it up asking, "what do you want done?" and found the price was astronomically outrageous . then I settle for a different service whoch they had for another two weeks and I had to reach out to ensure it would get done. Plus they did patches for my unit. They were bad quality, not sewn well, and colors were not correct. do not recommend. read more

i had a great ex. I brought in an idea and they were so helpful getting it to print. I was called a few time to make sure it was what I wanted and they sent me a picture before the final product. I will be going back for my future need. I got two mugs personalized and again I loved it. read more

Super professional and friendly. High quality work, I've had several things made here and they did an awesome job. I brought a frame in that was messed up and broken from another shop and they fixed it for me, re-enforced the backings and mattitng and installed new glass for free. They take pride in their work and it shows. They care about their customers and are one of the best shops I've used in my career 10/10 recommend to all Service members read more

I regret the day I selected this place to make the award we needed. The company wanted to frame a guidon for the outgoing CO. Communication with them was terrible. It took them over a month and a half to get the award done. We ended up receiving the award after the ceremony. To top it all the frame was slightly damaged. We paid about $280 for this fiasco. My suggestion is that if you can wait few months and can locally pick up what you ordered then this place should be fine. Otherwise look somewhere else. read more

I was super impressed with the professionalism of this store. We reached out to them when the vendor we were trying to work with was continuously delayed and unresponsive and the difference was night and day. They answered emails quickly and phone calls by the second ring. We had a bulk order of coins for our battalion and they worked with the design we provided and then helped us improve it at no cost when a change was requested. I love our coins and so does the BC. All that and at a price less than the other place. We will definitely be using them again in the future. And I am going back soon to get an award for Chief. read more

Too expensive compared to the store right opposite to them. I got a quote for 165 plus tax, but the other store did it for 120. FYI, I am not comparing the quality as I didn't use Diana's service. read more

Got my order on time and it was perfect! I've already recommended them to several colleagues. Great work guys!

Picked up a guidon plaque for my Chaplain today $100+, it was a saying that meant a lot to all of us. Before leaving the shop, we made sure that if there was any question to give us a call.. Well that didn't happen. A simple word was misspelled an "A" looked like a "U". The word was Soar and was spelled Sour (are you kidding me!) "They will SOUR!! on wings like eagles.. They brought and threw the paper on the plaque and pointed the paper out showed us that the A looked like a U and didnt even consider fixing it (Definitely had a attitude). This was all done but the rude gentleman at the front desk who didn't even greet us or nothing, He told the young lady in the back who actually greeted us to sit down and he had it (little awkward). I will not use or recommend Diana's to anyone in my unit. I really wish you made this right. From what I saw this is not a Soldier friendly business. read more

A1 service all the way around. I have had plenty of work done there over the past couple months and I must say I am honestly impressed with all of their work. The turn around time is spot on and it's coupled with great customer service. They even help me square away my mask I had for the COVID19 issue. We certainly recommended and will definitely do business with them in the future. read more

They did an excellent job on our framed awards. They made consideration for a last-minute order and were very prompt. Highly recommend!

This is the most popular shop for military related gifts. They have great retirement, ETS, pr PCS awards. I am very pleased as both a customer and recipient. Their plaques are very professional. I've also been impressed by the framed items and custom nameplates. The customer service is excellent. Production time varies with the complexity of the item but its reasonable and efficient. read more

This has been the absolute worst waste of time I have ever spent on attempting to get a guidon made for a soldier in Afghanistan before he arrives back to the states. After several weeks of calling the store during business hours and no less than 6 Emails I have only been answered 'once' by phone where I was 'assured' that I would receive a phone call back in 30 minutes, of course it never happened and they failed to take my future calls. If we were closer in proximity we would have gone in the store personally but that should not be the only solution available. If you are going to have a phone number listed and Email listed then you better utilize them dang it. Thanks to this company we are a month behind schedule in our plans to plan a ceremony for a soldier. read more
