I returned for a pair of rings. As usual, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was attentive and our diamond expert, Natalie, is truly exceptional. She is incredibly helpful without being pushy at all and she is genuinely very friendly and just so sweet. I really feel like I got a great deal for my rings. I highly recommend!! read more

I'm not really sure how to begin with this place. Is it possible to give them 10 stars?? Absolutely AMAZING team; Ms. Vicki, Matt and Tamir on separate visits have left such remarkable impressions on our family. I wish I knew everyone's names because from the moment you walk in, you're truly welcomed by every person that you are in contact with. The care and attention to detail by each team member, at every visit, has been top tier. The overall experience for us has been nothing but luxury despite our frequent visits in raggedy clothes, we were never welcomed differently. I highly recommend!!! read more

I had the best experience at Diamonds Direct. This jewelry store has a ton of selections as well a huge paperback catalog to look through as well. I went on a weekend and it was pretty crowded but we were still serviced within 10 ish minutes. They offer complimentary soft drinks, water, champagne and the weekend I went they had a coffee vendor as well serving lates which was cool. I met with a few jewelry designers who were actually based in California visiting Houston to talk about there collection which was really insightful. Ultimately, I decided on buying a pair of diamond earrings from Diamonds Direct collection. The earrings are beautiful, 3/4 carat in the color D, SI 1. They're also hosting a 20% off sale in the spirit of Black Friday so it was nice to take advantage of that deal as well. I would certainly visit again to purchase more pieces. read more

Cynthia Cullen was my AWESOME saleslady! She's very positive, patient and customer service friendly. She listened to what I wanted: style & price point. I will definitely be Cynthia's returning customer and will refer people to her. I won't go to anyone else. She's my saleslady. You can't go wrong with Diamonds Direct and Cynthia. Awesome team! The service was excellent from the moment I stepped in the door. Thanks DD & Cynthia for making my visit a great experience. Update #1: We are repeat customers of DD & wonderful saleslady, Cynthia Cullen. My oldest son, Alex, bought his fiancee's surprise diamond engagement. Cynthia has it made to Alex's specifications. It turned out amazing! She absolutely LOVES her ring!!!! Update #2: My youngest son, Christopher, returned to Cynthia Cullen and purchased a gold necklace and a surprise (upcoming November 2022) diamond promise ring for his girlfriend, Niyah. We are DD & Cynthia Cullen customers for life! Thanks SO much. :) Update#3: Returned to Cynthia Cullen at DD for prior purchase exchanges. DD manager facilitated exchange without an issue. I purchased another "double bull horns shaped" diamond ring--that can be worn separate--or as a ring guard for my 1st ring--along with a pair of diamond earrings (with a great security clasp). Cynthia and the manager were both SO patient and kind. Excellent service! I absolutely love my new purchases!!! Thanks so much. I'll be back..... :) Margot read more

Everyone at this location is very helpful and friendly! Not to mention their prices are mind blowing! Visited Robbin brother before making my way to Diamonds Direct. I came into the store without knowing anything about diamonds rings. I have a general idea of the shape of the ring and diamond size. As soon as I walked it, everyone was really nice. I was offered drink and snacks. Joseph was the person who helped me. He was very patient , easy to talk to, and friendly. Throughout the process, he was very transparent in regards to diamond cut, color, and shape. This was a great shopping experience. I highly recommend buying an engagement at this location. Make sure to look out for Joseph, he honestly make the experience very easy and enjoyable. read more

The service here was phenomenal, very personable and catered to your needs. They had a great selection but Faviola and Val were extremely attentive and gave me such an amazing experience as a first time shopper with no knowledge whatsoever. I'm so happy I came here! read more

If you are looking for a very personable shopping experience, where you will be treated like family, then look no further. This was my first time ever being in one of these stores, even though I had heard the advertisements on the radio and seen on television. Kevin is the GM, and Brian is another manager there who is super helpful. There is a young lady named Susan who you have to ask for if you are looking for that special piece of jewelry for your man or special woman of your life. Susan was able to show my wife several designs and ultimately found the one piece my wife loved and couldn't live without. I highly recommend her as her personality and knowledge was very vast. If you are unable to get to be assisted by Susan if she is with another client, then have no fear. Everyone else who is there is very delightful and knowledgeable as well. I had the privilege being able to watch them all work on Sunday and saw how well they took care of their customers. You can not go wrong by having any of the other professional team members assist you. They all are very warm, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and very genuine, good-hearted people. While you are there, they have a wide array of beverages to choose from that are complimentary, such as beer, wine, champagne, coffee, espressos, hot chocolate, and many other items. Their products are pure quality and have even the best amount of radiance. Even in dim light, the diamonds sparkle like stars twinkling in the night skies. Do yourself a favor and head down there today. They are open from 10AM-7 PM on Monday-Saturday. Currently, during this holiday season, they are open on Sundays from 12PM to around 5PM or 6PM. I am very happy as this place can do it all from custom designs to creating your perfect piece from swapping pieces into one another that they have in stock. You owe it to yourself and your special person to experience a truly memorable experience of being graced by the talent that all the associates possess!!! Trust me, you will not be disappointed and will be glad you came by. Thank y'all very much for a wonderful and memorable experience !!! read more

I had a fantastic experience working with Jordan. She was really patient but also really responsive to texts. She sent me pictures and videos of rings she thought I would like. I was looking at other places at the same time and DD really stood out to me as being upfront in their business practices as well as having a huge inventory plus the ability to customize the perfect piece. I felt that Jordan really understood both what the ring meant to me, as well as style I was after. I am utterly thrilled with my ring! It met all of my criteria, including the price. You should definitely check it out and make an appointment with Jordan! read more

Top notch service! They treat you like family, listen to you, and do not push anything onto you that you do not want.

After 2 months of research and searching everywhere, we found the perfect fancy vivid pink diamond. We then went to Diamonds Direct in Houston for a Verragio setting and the manager, Kevin Ferrin, was condescending. He called it a cheap lab stone, told us he usually doesn't help people, then walked away while talking to us. He seemed upset because we wouldn't tell him how much we spent on the diamond. We didn't want to tell him because it was a lot of money and I feel uncomfortable having people know how much it costs. He then told us that the Diamonds Direct at another location gave us a price four times more than what he thinks it's worth. He also said that pink diamonds aren't rare at all and that he can get one this size (5.96 CT) anytime for cheap. NONE OF THAT IS TRUE, else we would not have spent 2 months looking. Funnily enough, when I asked him how much it would cost for pink lab melee (must be cheap too, right?), he said they couldn't do that because they can only do natural pink melee. Conveniently, after I posted a review of his terrible service on Reddit, he reached out to me to say that lab melee is now a possibility. He also asked me if my diamond is morganite when we have been to multiple jewelers who knew from the get go what we had, even without showing them the certificate. He also kept trying to minimize the size of the stone which is large at 5.96 CT. We tried to speak with him many times but he was focused on guilt tripping us for not purchasing the stone from him and walking away as he dismissed us. We went to Robbins Brothers right after and felt much more welcomed and respected, and we were given a transparent quote for the setting too (separate price for labor, gold, and melee diamonds). It's a shame because I wanted to work with this location but his tactics of guilt tripping and shaming are not for me. I tried my best to smile through it because I knew my fiance spent a fortune on this diamond and did not deserve to be mocked while we were just happily sharing our joy. I have been to other Diamonds Direct locations and will never go back to the Houston location as they are the only terribly behaved vendor we have had the misfortune to visit. read more

Cynthia is amazing! Truly one of a kind and a beautiful woman of faith! She understood what we wanted and found the perfect piece for the perfect price. She sourced our diamond from around the world and had it onsite within a week. There were multiple diamonds to select from within our 4 C's - cut, clarity, color and carat. We truly feel that we have a unique diamond that would be extremely difficult to find anywhere else. Cynthia's efforts with the resources of Diamonds Direct are unmatched. Today we had such a phenomenal experience at Diamonds Direct - so much so that I just had to share in hopes that others will give them a shot after reading this. We'd been looking for engagement rings online for several months when one morning while driving I heard a commercial for Diamonds Direct and thought hmmmm maybe we'll check it that out. A few days later I was driving again and noticed their signage on my commute to the mall. After seeing it's convenient location I knew we had to check this place out so we finally dropped in. All I can say is this place has THE BEST customer service I've ever received at any jewelry store or other store for that matter. Ever since we left all we can talk about is how blown away by the employees we were and still are. We were helped by Alex who we totally vibed with and felt completely comfortable talking about our budget and what we were looking for. She was funny, personable and professional. She took her time to fully explain the 4 C's. I thought after several months of research online I knew it all but NOPE she explained so much that you don't come across on the internet or even think about if you're not out there purchasing diamonds everyday. Every diamond we looked at was high quality and beautiful. We didn't quite find the diamond we were looking for so she's having a few shipped for us to look at it. Amazingly it only takes 2 days for them to arrive. Additionally that had a vast selections of settings. Anything you could possibly want they have. We picked out a band I like and I told my SO I love this but I wish the basket didn't have diamonds. When Alex heard me say this she let us know they might be able to make something like what I wanted! So not only do they have an insane amount of stock to pick from but they can possibly make what you're looking for if they don't have it. If you happen to be looking online and you live in the Houston area you NEED to stop in and give this place a chance. They're prices are 100% comparable to the well known online dealers. read more

Amazing experience. Matt spent hours with us letting me ask at least 10 "last questions." Very straight forward with his answers and showed me everything I asked to see. Good selection. I felt like I was in excellent hands the entire time. Ask for Matt Baba. read more

The only word I can use to describe my experience today is exceptional!!! Diamonds direct is FIRST CLASS!!! Cynthia gets 5 stars from start to finish for her personal touch and honest advice on EXACTLY what I was looking for and more. The best part about today was I came in with a number in mind of what I wanted to spend, not only did she stay true to that number she far exceeded my expectations finding me the perfect engagement ring... a very hard task to accomplish to say the least. Huge shout out to the GM Kevin as he also helped make this a perfect 10/10 experience. Exceptional job today once again to all the staff. Diamonds Direct - So excited to give the love of my life this beautiful ring!! - Jewelry Near Me - Houston, Texas

Wow... 5 star experience from the moment I first spoke on the phone with Cynthia... all the way to walking out knowing I had selected the engagement ring of my dreams. Diamonds direct has a phenomenal selection of brands, stones, shapes and sizes. After a HORRIBLE experience at another engagement ring store, I came in not exactly knowing what I wanted (and a little skeptical of the whole process and industry, to be completely honest). Cynthia was patient with me as I tried on all of the styles and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. I kept coming back to a particular C Gonshor setting that I really loved. She informed me that Diamonds Direct is one of the largest diamond wholesale purchasers so they can give deep discounts on the diamonds they have in store. She worked with our budget and my partner spent less than he was expecting. They also have lifetime resizing free of charge and complimentary services. I will be coming back to purchase other jewelry in the future. 10/10 experience. Cynthia is the best! Thank you! read more

I am writing this review of an outstanding experience I had at the Diamonds Direct location in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas. My husband and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary this year and my engagement ring and wedding band have been through a bit of wear and tear to say the least. My engagement ring lost its "roundness," and the part that connects with the center diamond got separated. When I came into the store, I was greeted by friendly faces and helped by Matt Baba. He was extremely professional and kind. Upon inspection of both my engagement ring and wedding band, he noticed that there were a few diamonds in the band that lost their original appearance and were slightly cracked. He had the jeweler replace them and add reinforcements to the band. In addition, he added support underneath the large center diamond. The jeweler, Sergio, also welded the bands together and they look beautiful and brand new again! I feel confident that my wedding ring will look this beautiful for the next 20 years! :o) Matt is an All-Star! His rapport with the customers and his fun and friendly attitude will keep us coming back. Both he and Sergio deserve to be praised! A happy customer, Gigi read more

Natalie was amazing! She greeted me with a warm smile and was ready to help me find my perfect anniversary band. I had called with one they had online, and she had it prepared for me by the time I got there in 20 minutes. She made sure that was "the one" by letting me browse a bit and making a few thoughtful suggestions. Because it was in my size, she had the jewelers inspect and clean it so that I could take it home the same day! She was so fast, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the pricing very comparable (if not more reasonable) to other stores I had been to, I will definitely be recommending her and Diamonds Direct to friends in the future. I was blown away by how nice all of the employees were upon my first visit searching for the right diamond. It didnt take long for me to realize this was the place i would end up buying the diamond from and designing the engagement ring for my soon to be fiance. She never steered me wrong and when the day came to surprise propose to my fiance she was blown away by the diamond i picked out and setting i had designed by Diamonds Direct. 5/5 experience and i would recommend Alex at the Galleria location to anyone and everyone searching for the right person to help make their ring search/special day exceed expectations. The customer service here is top notch, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and informed about the jewelry. I had a vision for a custom design for my wedding ring (men's ring), and they worked with me every step to bring my vision to life - I was blown away. I walked in and was immediately astonished by how clean and beautiful the place looked. I was kindly welcomed in by Cynthia, one of their diamond experts. I told them I was looking for an engagement ring, oval, twisted band, etc... and they showed me that exactly. Their selection was better than any other store I went to and they didn't try to upsell me. Tamir, another diamond expert helped find me the exact diamond I was looking for. It happened to be in Dallas. They had the diamond within 48 hours and it was what I wanted. The process itself took a few weeks because I made a custom band, which they helped me create. I got 3-D renderings, they worked with me on small changes, and within 6 weeks I had the gorgeous diamond I picked out on the band I envisioned and walked away extremely happy. Fast forward a few months and now my fiancé is just as happy and we will be buying our wedding bands from them as well. Overall, I highly recommend this store. Premium selection for great prices (they beat out each other high end diamond store in Houston). read more
