Her knowledge and dedication to our experience was remarkable. We met for a consultation where we discussed my wife's wants, expectations and desires. It was a personal, special experience. If you're reading this, then you can stop searching for your next jeweler. You found him right here! @Houston Diamond Outlet is the finest jewelry purveyor in the area, and just one of the nicest Diamond expert you'll ever meet. We were in the market for an engagement ring, and a friend suggested checking out HDO. He had his wedding rings custom made, and they were amazing. So, when we wanted a custom engagement ring, we shopped around, but ended up choosing Houston D O because of the quality of his product, attention to every little detail, and his exceptional customer service. Then JAY set out to source us the PERFECT gem for our ring, scouring 2-3 jewelry shows and calling various dealers in his network. He wouldn't rest until we had exactly what we wanted. You'd think all this personal service and high-quality merchandise would cost a fortune, but in fact, it was the exact opposite. The price was incredibly reasonable for a custom ring with exactly the measurements, design and gem we selected. I can't say enough good things about Maggy & Jay, the process and the final product. They are simply one of the best businesspeople in the Galleria area, and a class-act. Josh and Veronika Louisiana read more

I was looking for a particular style of engagement ring and while other jewellers tried to sell me something else or talk me out of my style ring, Jay patiently listened to my story, looked at the photos I brought with me and took me through their entire vintage selection. When I hesitated with about 5 different types, we looked at some more. It was refreshing to go from a place that tried to sell you on a PARTICULAR style or type of ring and have someone look through everything with you. It was obvious he cared for the jewelry he had in the store, and in the end, I picked a beautiful ring. I was conversing with a jewelry expert who was looking out for ME and my (hopefully) future fiancee, not someone who wanted to sell a piece of jewelry to someone. Jay had my ring ready to go at the time of pickup and gave me detailed insight into my selection. I will be going back to Houston Diamond Outlet to select a wedding band - fingers crossed. read more

With Valentine's Day right around the corner, I know I had to do something different for my lovely wife, who is so deserving. I called and made an appointment with Houston Diamond Outlet, not knowing it was in a building with other jewelry stores, I stopped at a few before and after just to compare prices. Well needless to say, don't bother with the other shops, they are pushy, bad customer service and the prices don't compare. Houston Diamond Outlets' service was great! They were friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for more. I'm not the type to do reviews but their service and merchandise are something to brag about. I have now found my jeweler. Houston Diamond Outlet. I had been shopping for about 2 months looking at rings for my fiancé and the prices were overwhelming to me. I spoke to a friend of mine that said last year he purchased his wife's ring from Houston Diamond Outlet and he was very pleased with how well they helped him and he saved a quite a bit of money compared to what another ring elsewhere was priced at. In fact he was getting his wife a pair of stud earrings from them again this year. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about their diamonds and I loved the fact that they let me look at all the diamonds in a magnifier.
