Within a couple hours, I had them up to work on my well pump. They had to come twice because the well pumps they had brought (and the one that I had installed before) were too large for my setup, but I appreciate that they didn't sell me on the more expensive one. In the end, they got it done as quickly as humanly possible and got water back into my home. The only gripe I have is that they had to come back a third time and spent a lot of time (= money) trying to find a leak, which I ended up figuring out (it was an irrigation system that had fell over in the storm). It would have been nice to have the leak tested for and diagnosed the first time they came over, but really, it's my fault for not figuring it out myself. Overall five stars for service, attitude and promptness.

Like last time, a pipe fitting near the wellhead was cracked and ruptured, spraying water out at a good clip. I called Triangle, and Kim answered the phone immediately. She was cheerful, sympathetic and very helpful. After placing me on a very brief hold to contact a tech in the field, she notified me that Drew was right down the street having finished a previous job, and he arrived at our place within a few minutes! He expertly fixed the problem in no time, and I was back in business. Once again, Triangle Well impressed the heck out of me!

You have to catch rainwater or find some just to flush your toilet. Until you're without it you really don't truly appreciate it! When I called Ben & Dennis at Top Hat Well Drilling my pump would not work on its own and I had to keep trying to figure it out myself, right away they said they would come test everything. I thought for sure it was a certain pressure gauge and switch, and I asked them to change all that out ....well, they worked very hard that day and changed everything. I still had an issue so they came right back the next day. I thought I'd have to go the entire weekend without water, but they tested it and found out the control box had issues and Ben had the parts they needed. Ben did a superb job spending a lot of time and explaining things. I also had him test the water to make sure there was no bacteria or worse for an extra fee at a lab. So thrilled that everything is working fine again! Water is life and boy do I appreciate my awesome well now that everything is running smooth! If you ever run out of water, low pressure, nothings working, or even just to have it checked out, possibly a deeper well than you have, make sure to call Terrier Pump and Water Quality! I came home to my water well system not working. ( i have absolutely 0 experience working with a…read morewell btw ) so I called Steve and he quickly had a solution and the correct capacitor i needed to get my system back working again. Mind you, this was at like 6pm on a Saturday, and he still picked up first call! I was able to pick the part up quickly, and for a extremely good price.
