This review is long overdue, though that's mostly because finding words that do justice to this practice is harder than it sounds. We have nothing but glowing praise and gratitude for every single person at Diamond! Our dog, Remy, has been a frequent flyer here for the last four years, since we brought him home at 10 weeks old. Remy has multiple chronic illnesses, with new issues coming up almost weekly. It's sad, frustrating, stressful...and we sometimes feel embarrassed about how often we have to lean on the team at Diamond. But we are ALWAYS met with compassion, patience, and understanding. Everyone treats Remy like a celebrity instead of a burden. He actually *likes* going to the vet, which says everything. Dr. Longoni is Remy's primary vet, and he's an absolute gem; he's so knowledgeable, dedicated, and empathetic. He frequently coordinates with specialists on updated treatment plans, weighs in on urgent issues on his days off, and always offers different approaches/options with pros and cons for each. Whenever he retires, those shoes will be very hard to fill. Our problem child has seen every vet and vet tech at Diamond at some point or another, and we can vouch that they're all fantastic--everyone is aware of Remy's sensitivities, and is friendly, gentle, and kind. The front of house crew are the centerpiece of compassion, going above and beyond to accommodate last-minute appointments, get us records for insurance, relay info between vets, and more. (Thank you Tracie, Berlin, Trudy, Jessica, Angie, and everyone whose name I'm blanking on, we appreciate you too!) We genuinely don't know how we'd navigate his health without you all. I can't even begin to say how amazing this place was for us. I wish I could remember the names of the kind VA and vet that helped us, but the day was such a difficult time I sadly don't recall. My daughter and I brought in our boy Stellar to say goodbye. It was his time. He is reactionary to other dogs so it can be difficult to deal with public situations in general. They welcomed us in and allowed us to walk right to the room we were to be in for the procedure. We got to hug and be with Stellar until the end. They did not rush us in any way and wanted us to take our time. A few days later we received a card from them with their condolences. They were so kind as to include nose and paw prints for our boy. It will go perfect with the photo we are doing for our boy. I honestly don't know how to say thank you enough for their kindness, and graciousness, in this time. read more

I had originally come to Diamond for an emergency intestinal sickness with my young lab puppy Sailor. I switched to them because I was pleased with their service. Well, now I wish I could take that back. My 20 month old puppy was diagnosed with Mascatory Muscle Myositis, and it is a horrible and rare disease, however highly treatable and many dogs go into remission. Unfortunately, the treatment is high doses of prednisone for 3 weeks and then you slowly taper off. I was on week 3 and had to rush my baby to the emergency in Lynnwood where he died 24 hours later. I will never forgive myself and come to find out that many dogs have serious reactions to prednisone and must use a different med. I was never told of this, nor did the Vet show any concern or have any conversations with me. He had 1 follow up visit in 3 weeks and no conversations at all??? A 20-month-old puppy died due to liver failure and infection related to prednisone use. I will never put my trust in these doctors again....if I can find more answers on Google than they can provide we have a problem. read more

I brought my 13 year old cat in because he had rapid breathing. They assured me it was asthma. After a steroid shot, he was not breathing any differently. They did crays and I spent a total of three hours there. The doctor later came in, handed me the xray report, left the room and returned saying, "do you have any questions?" I got the very basics from the report. I told her my cats breathing doesn't seem to improve after the medication and she assured me it would be better and to give him the medications she prescribed. My cat got worse over night. I took him to the emergency vet. He has heart failure. I had to put him down because of how bad it was. They told me the asthma treatments are the opposite of what we do for heart failure cats. I lost my cat, my child, that day. I am heartbroken. I don't recommend read more

Brought my cat in with a cough. They did blood work then x-rays. Bloodwood came back okay. They said his thyroid was elevated. Gave me thyroid medicine, antibiotics and pain medicine and steroid said he had a mouse on his lungs that they had never seen anything like it before. Then they told me his heart was enlarged and I had to get a special blood test so they could better understand what was going on with his heart came back in did that it came back fine. Never had any answers for what was wrong with him still. After researching I found it. High stress situations can elevate a t4 level of the thyroid. I think it's a tea for and after they did a bladder specimen. They brought him back to me. He wanted down very badly. I put him down. He collapsed on the floor after he died and then his bladder let go. They said that's totally normal that I was overreacting. He's fine after for the researching. Found out that it's thyroid shock that they put him into how you stressed from the x-rays of blood work I had run out of Honey. How's the doctor to call me so I could just discuss what was going on with them and I wanted it an answer they said only if I come in then the doctor would talk to me and discuss it even though I had already paid for everything. If I could rate 0 stars I would... my dogs got into an attack because the german shepherd mix was very temperamental and started the fight. They told my family and I they needed to put our sweet pitty down because she was "agressive" and "started the fight" when they weren't there. She was obviously in way worse shape than our other dog, (internal bleeding, broken legs, etc.) They assumed that because of her breed that she was aggressive and gave us no choice and said she needed to be put down. And then when we were saying our goodbyes they brought her in with a muzzle on and told us that she could hurt our bite us and we said she wouldn't and they wouldn't allow us to take it off of her. When they left the room to give us space the first thing we did was take the muzzle of our sweet girl and she started showering us in kisses because she knew it was her last time seeing us. Never take any dog here that is in need of help especially a pitbull because they will automatically assume they are aggressive. Also this happened a few years ago and it came up in a conversation yesterday and it got me mad again, so I had to come on here and leave this review and tell my story. read more

We just had the unfortunate experience of having to put our 14 year old cat down. We went to Diamond Vet as they were one of the only ones open on a late Saturday afternoon. We arrived there just before closing time, and rather than getting "pushed" through the system so they could leave on time, they spent over an hour addressing our concerns, answering our questions, and doing whatever they could to console us. We found them very knowledgeable and more importantly very caring. They will be our go to Vet from now on!!!! read more

My first experience was in 2022 in their ER when my cat had a severe reaction to vaccines given at another vet. I had to wait in the car the whole time but they stabilized her and gave me more meds for her to take home. They're no longer an ER and when my same cat had some scabs and bumps on her skin I know I didn't want to go to the previous vet so I picked here. I was anxious the whole week leading up to my appt thinking they're going to try to make me vaccinate her. I called ahead of time and clarified I would not need vaccines and only wanted to be seen for her skin issues. They were so understanding and indicated they had her file from the ER visit but would notate again. I saw Dr. Cawthra and she was so sweet and understanding. She instantly put me at ease and gave me an over the counter mousse for my cat's skin. Emily was a great tech and made clear notes for the vet and was very understanding. This is the only vet I'll go to and will also bring my other two kitties here as needed. Thank you Diamond team! read more

I would never bring another animal here. I brought my Sam Dogg here after hours and the entire process was a huge mess. They kept my kids and I waiting around for more than an hour because they could not get their text system to send paperwork to me as we am sitting in their exam room. They were not nice and had no bedside manner. My Sammers ended up passing away in the morning. They called me as they were giving him CPR and had to make sure I had the money for them to save my family member before they would do anything (yes, they'd have just let him die right there anyways). When I decided to stop doing CPR, they literally told whoever was giving him CPR to stop right then and there with me on the phone. That's the last memory I have of my special boy. Some horrible person telling the room to let him die with me on the phone. After his cremation, my kids and I went to pick up his ashes, and Diamond vet didn't give me back his collar or ink paw stamps they said we would get. After calling them, they had to check to make sure that's something they would hold onto. Come to find out, they simply did not give them to us, so we had to go back and pick them up, reopening the wound every time we had to go there. While I don't know what they could have done differently for my Sam, but based on the way we were treated and the way they handled everything, I strongly feel they did not give my family the attention we deserved. These people are more concerned about what people say to them, but there is NO concern about how they treat people. And then to add insult to injury, they actually respond to revieqa like they care and simply made a mistake. They are bad people and should be shut down. Period. Before this immoral company decides to respond with the usual cookie cutter responses about how they try and do the best they can and blah blah blah, the are all conscious decisions made by multiple people thst work for this horrid group of "people." Bad customer service is a choice. Poor bedside manner is a choice. Blaming customers for attitudes that are simply reflecting what is put out by Diamond is a choice. Diamond Vet makes the choices over and over again to kot care about animals and people, but to only care about themselves. Just disgusting. read more

In 40+ years I have never felt that I received sub-standard service from Diamond Veterinary Hospital; I had always been confident that my dogs received veterinary care from this clinic that is second to none. When the clinic went corporate, however, everything went downhill. I have nothing negative to say about the vets; I have always trusted them 99.999%, in particular, Dr. Susan Zakos, who is wonderful. But when Diamond went from veterinarian owned to corporate owned, things changed and it was not good. I was overcharged $50 for a "medical progress exam" that never occurred and never was asked for (I was there to get my dogs medication refill and to get his Cytopoint injection, two routine things.) Not only did they not remove the charge, they were put out because I had to pay them in cash. (I didn't have enough in the bank to cover it). I was asked if I had another form of payment they could take from. I did not. Apparently, they wanted all my money, they wanted to take as much as they could for doing as little as possible, and they were also going to shame me for being poor and not having more ways to pay them. In the past, I've left 5***** star reviews for Diamond. They have always had a higher price tag for services than anyone else, but I could interact with the vets, and there were no hassles like what I experienced under the new management. If you have a bottomless bank account, I will STILL recommend them. If you're not rich though, I'm sorry. I had to find someone else. Management has read my less than stellar reviews on other platforms and have responded with clever replies, crafted to make them look redeemable. I was told that they wanted to make things right, etc, and to contact the manager. Well, I did contact the manager. Multiple times I left messages. Not one of those calls was returned. The last time I called them was at the end of 2022. I thought I'd give them another shot. After I heard the outgoing message on their recorder, I remembered exactly why I stopped going there to begin with and hung up. I was so astonished at the greeting (and so used to never getting a human to answer the calls) that I had friends call and listen to it to get their opinion. The consensus was clear: "wth is wrong with them?" They still refused to allow pet owners into the clinic, and were crying about how they have been verbally and physically threatened by clients. (Safe to say, there just may be a reason for that, and it would behoove them to look into it instead of blaming their clientele). read more

STAY AWAY FRON LINDSAY HANNAH The most terrible experience of communicating with a doctor happened in this clinic. I even hate to call her a doctor. Lindsay Hannah is the rudest and most unpleasant person I've ever met. She loves money so much that she absolutely does not care about the health of animals. You have to really dislike your dog to entrust her to Lindsay Hannah. Our dog was admitted to this clinic on the evening of January 11. He was vomiting and breathing erratically. Dr. Kristina Modjeski helped to stabilize him. She offered to give him intravenous medication because he was vomiting. To which I agreed. And they left him under observation overnight to be transported to the clinic with a neurologist in the morning. When I called in the morning, Lindsay Hannah was already on shift. She was immediately rude to me, said that I was lying and that I refused intravenous drugs in favor of pills, made it clear that she had no idea if Bruno had vomited since he was with them, she did not know if he had a fever and did not know anything at all, she also did not assume why he initially felt bad. Lindsay Hannah made it clear that she was only interested in money and she offered to leave him in the clinic longer. At the same time, no reasonable treatment plan was proposed. During the conversation, she forbade me to call their clinic and ask how my dog is feeling. "No news is the best news" were her words. She made it clear to me several times in a very rude way that she was unhappy that I was asking her questions. After this conversation, my husband and I decided to find another doctor and another clinic. And we managed to find a clinic that agreed to accept us, but it is located in Tacoma. We agreed on an appointment with a doctor from a clinic in Tacoma, they had the necessary equipment and specialists, which are absent in the Diamond clinic. Both my husband and I have completely cleared our work schedule to be able to take our dog to the clinic in Tacoma. When I called Linsay Hannah to ask her when I can pick up my dog, she clarified the name of the clinic where we wanted to take him and said that it was not necessary and he was fine with her. When we made it clear to her that we would not change our mind, she called the clinic in Tacoma and told them that my dog Bruno was doing fine and that his condition was completely under her control. On this basis, the clinic to which we almost managed to get to see specialists and get a proper examination, canceled our appointment and gave it to another patient. Lindsay Hannah and her team didn't let me to pick up my dog for more than an hour. And when they finally gave him away, they very sarcastically refused to give us any medications for him. And they kept repeating that it was all my fault, because I decided to take him away. And they wished me good luck to find a clinic that will accept us, because there is a shortage of staff everywhere. They did not give any reasonable comments about his future home treatment. Two hours later, my dog Bruno became very ill. He began to breathe very often, taking more than 70 breaths per minute. We immediately went to the emergency and are now waiting for an examination from a doctor. If Lindsay Hannah hadn't intervened and wasn't so selfish, my dog would have been given the necessary help in time and we wouldn't have had to go through all this. read more

We were out and our house alarm got triggered, we came home to find our dog collapsed and partially paralyzed on the floor. Needless to say, we were extremely worried and concerned. It's a Sunday evening. Diamond was the only emergency veterinary hospital that could see us. From the initial greeting on the phone, meeting us in the parking lot, walking us through the procedures, to the final discharge, Diamond's staff was caring, compassionate, and professional. We had to leave our dog there overnight due to the long wait time. The staff explained the protocols clearly and tried to address all of our questions. They even brought our pet out to say goodnight. Dr. Daniel Mullin is the best! He called us at 4 am and took the time to explain the prognosis and our options without rushing us to go through expensive (and potentially unnecessary) procedures. We greatly appreciate his knowledge, experience and most important of all -- honest opinion! Our dog has made great progress since, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. read more

The woman who made backroom arrangements to keep me from being with my family pet, because she met with me after she died in spirit. She wanted me there and you interfered. You're going to hell, and don't even try to delete my reviews. A heavy-set woman veterinarian who was intimidated by my ability to communicate with her. She provided false information to the staff, and our family with regards to medical state of our pet. I'm still not even sure I'm believing her assessments, even with the x-rays, as her behavior was really sus. She seemed very eager to put the cat to sleep without investigation, as though it wasn't worth her time. And don't try to file any false reports about me using my ex-husband, because every witness knows I was targeted by her, and excluded without justifiable cause. Not even this woman's staff could explain what happened. This woman's level of hostility left me wondering if she might outside of working parameters try and harm me. My 5 month old kitten got a pretty bad eye infection suddenly and couldn't really open her eye and after calling places from Renton to Mount Vernon I finally found Diamond Vet and they were able to see her. Yes the wait is long but it's worth it. I was updated with her progress and results quickly and always kept in the loop. They we super nice from the first person I spoke to on the phone when getting triaged, to the doctor, to the assistant to the check out gal I really appreciated them getting her in the same day and getting her back to her crazy kitten self! read more

They did that to me but I always have money before I go there. One day my baby was dying she got into rat pioson from outside. She was seizing and they wanted me to take her back home with me to get the money before they would help her. She was blue and dying. My dog wasn't critical, but was urgent and it was the middle of the night. Got turned away from three other EDs without even getting triaged. Called here and they were upfront and told me.how long the wait was going to be, but that they would see me. (And their estimate on the phone was pretty spot on). When I got nervous waiting in the car that my pup was declining, they came out to look and reassured me she'd wasn't going to crash soon. And they would get to her, she would be safe. And they were right. When it was our turn,.I was not rushed and could ask questions, even though they had to be super busy and tired. (Was around 430am I think). Got full discharge instructions and my pup was so very much better already with the interventions they did. And she has continued to improve with the meds. Thank you for all you do. I took my 11 year old 5 pound chihuahua to Diamond because I felt it was an emergency and they were the only one open on a Sat. Saturdays visit went well. I had to take her back on Tuesday because she was worse. The vet was thinking kennel cough and so was I . This visit they did ex rays with my permission. After the X-rays I was given Clavamox Drops to give her in case of infection. I was also given a hard copy prescription for Hydrocodone bitarate oral for cough. I am handicapped and need a cane to get around. I went to Costco the next day with the prescription and told it would take an hour. After an hour I was texted to come to the pharmacy. I was told that the DEA # the vet had put down was inactive And I would have to get a new hard copy from the vet. I decided to check and see how much Clamavox would cost and they told me $27.00. Diamond vet charged me $ 70.24. I called and let them know that the prescription couldn't be filled because the vets I.D was inactive. They said the vet said that it wasn't accurate. But they would have her check again and have another hard copy at the desk. I told them how hard it was for me to have to go back to Diamond to pick up the prescription and then have to return to Costco. I was very upset and couldn't go until the next day. I got to Diamond Vet at 2:07. I called for 20 minutes and it kept ringing and going to voice mail. I didn't want to have to walk into the vet since I hadn't brought my cane. I had my walker to go into Costco but it is hard and heavy to get out of the car. I finally got out of the car and a woman and I walked up to the door at the same time. On the door was a sign saying they would be back at 3:00. We both were upset because no one told us that they close during office hours. it was 2:40 by then. Finally someone came to the door and peeked out and asked what we needed. She let us in to get the paperwork. I wrote to Diamond vet when I got home and relayed all the events and how unhappy I was. Then I wrote about the $70.24 price of the exact same prescription in the exact same box for $27 at Costo. I had checked Chewy, petco and others and they were all under $30. How I had spent almost $1000 on care and they had the nerve to sell me something for about $42 more expensive than any pharmacy. They called me back with excuses about the first prescription and then said the other places could sell the medication for less because they sell a lot. Ridiculous. They should have given me a prescription for the Clavamox instead of hoping I wouldn't have noticed the price and called to find out about it. She told me she would refund the difference for the medication only because of all the trouble I had had. Never going back. Always ask for a prescription because I am sure they do that for all their meds. read more

My cat came in at midnight acting strangely. She left a bloody smear on the kitchen floor and was obviously bleeding from her chest. I called Diamond to at least get her seen. They said they were full and couldn't see her but texted me a huge list of other vets around the state. During the incoming message they warned against being abusive or profane, which I was not. But basically they said they were ending the communication when I said now I could understand why they would say that. Thanks for nothing Diamond. You call this 24 hour service?? 24 hours for what? This place has the most awful empathy for animals and people, period!!! Picture this. My dog was sick. I took him there for care and the diagnosis is he needs special food. ID Canine low diet. Great. $1800 later we walk out with new food. 5 days go bye. Food is low. I call to get more food. Sorry, we cannot give you more food unless you see a doctor. I say, I am out of food. I need to feed my dog. Sorry, this will take 2 days for anybody to get you food. We just don't have anybody available. We only have one veterinarian. I say, so my dog will have no food? Answer: Yes, that is all we can do. I say, put yourself in my shoes, this is my dog, my buddy, honestly my child. I need food for him. Sorry, nothing we can do unless you come in and see a doctor and that will be 2 days. Are you kidding me? Then someone else called me back to fix the situation. I heard what happened. You can call your doctor and get a prescription. Then you can get the food. Problem. I already explained to them that my doctor is out of office on Fridays. No help. No food. This place does not care about animals, people, and nurturing the human and animal heart. Avoid this place at all cost. Management clearly has given the direction to follow standards and procedures to make $$$$$$$$ versus taking care of an animal in need. Please avoid this very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL establishment. We entrusted Diamond with the care of our family pets we love, and scheduled our business travel around Diamonds very limited availability. We were therefore angered that despite scheduling collection of medication Diamond prescribed, they refused to provide the refill as "We have insufficient staff to cover a quick 10min blood test". This is VERY UNETHICAL - They prescribed medication to our pets; We scheduled the med collection; But they would not provide the prescribed meds due to THEIR resource shortfall - Very unprofessional. When we repeatedly explained to Diamond that due to THEIR issues our pets would have insufficient meds for 2wks, they just nonchalantly replied "There's nothing we can do about it; Your pet will have to wait" - What!! They have demonstrated their true colors, which sadly align with other patrons experiences. They are IMMORAL and UNETHICAL so we will never utilize this establishment again. I don't in any way believe that they intended it to be this bad of an experience. I'm quite sure their hearts are in the right place. But the level of disorganization, misinformation, and lack of communication is unacceptable. We went in to put our cat to sleep. Short version: 2 1/2 hours in a parking lot, no communication, an extra $100 tacked on to determine if the cat really did need to be put to sleep, and in the end just a whole lot of trauma for all of us. I'm sure everyone's heart is in the right place, but it does very little for the families who have to go through these difficult processes in a parking lot for 2 1/2 hours with no communication. The vets were awesome and took great care of my pup. He had to be admitted and stayed for 2 nights. My issue was with the vet techs and their unprofessional comments and snide remarks. When they did not give me an estimate and I was asking how much everything would be her comment was "if you can't afford it I would suggest looking into giving your puppy to the shelter" I was so appalled at that comment. I was not insinuating that I couldn't afford it, I was curious on how much everything was going to end up being. Finally, they ended up giving us the paper to sign with the estimated amount for the visit. I asked if it was ok to split the bill between my boyfriend and I and she responded "we don't care how you do it as long as we are getting paid" My concern is the lack of compassion with the vet techs. No empathy towards the pet owners and should take some classes on how to work in customer service. Oh and by the way when my dog was being discharged there was no verbal instruction with medication or anything and was just handed a piece of paper and told I was good to go..... This is a great lesson to read the reviews before taking your dog here. I'm very lucky that my dog was ok, similar stories did not end up the same for other people's fur babies. read more

My dog Dior has been having anal gland issues and what I thought was infected. Called diamond to see if I could get him in because I'm a worried dog mom lol. They gave me an estimated time of 2-4 hours but it ended up only being about an hour and a half! Very friendly staff and amazing efficiency. They are open 24/7 and follow COVID restrictions so you park outside in their numbered spots and call in to let them know you're here, easy! I came in late last week around 11pm because I found a tick on my poodle's skin tag and I could not get it out. I tried, watched a few videos, but after a while I gave up and came in in a hurry. Jasmine was super sweet, she is a pro at tick removal and safely got it out while teaching me what to do. She took my pup back and checked her for more ticks at no cost. After calling around and failing to get an appointment for a sick cat, I was so grateful for the 24 hr emergency option with Diamond. The communication with both the veterinarians on duty was fabulous. Kitty spent two nights with around the clock care and she came home with clear home care instructions. I will preface this by saying I've never had a vet emergency, my pup is 8 years old. From my initial phone call to DVH, everyone that I spoke with was kind, patient, encouraging, and informative. The covid policies while annoying (as they are everywhere at this point) are very straightforward. Dr Kristina Modjeski was the doctor on shift during my experience, and Laurissa was the assistant handling my pups case. I am sitting in the parking lot waiting to pick up my dog from surgery, and will update once I see how she's doing and going over discharge paperwork. Ok it's been a couple hours. Discharge went well. My poor girl is still very much sedated and not happy. But that's what happens when you decide to f*@$ around in the yard and cut yourself I was originally quoted around $1700 for the "gold standard", meaning this included everything the doctor would recommend and some wiggle room for some unexpected. When all was said and done, my bill came out just under $1100, as surgery was quicker and more straightforward than anticipated and some expected medications weren't necessary. Overall I am very pleased with my experience, considering. Obviously it wasn't a happy one, but if I had to do it again, I'd choose Diamond Veterinary Hospital all over. read more

Don't bring your pets here! I rushed my 9 week old puppy into this hospital for an emergency visit after he started drooling and shaking this afternoon. I had called to check in and they told me to bring him immediately. Once I got here, the front desk woman took her sweet time and was condescending about my knowledge of my puppies vaccines. Telling me that he probably hadn't had his first rounds of shots. She called the other vet clinic where we planned to take him only to find out he in fact DID have his shots current. She even made a comment about how rude our personal vet clinic was which was extremely unprofessional. Then the doctor comes in and tells me she is going to bring me an estimate but that my dog probably has parvo and a heart disease. I've been sitting here for an hour while my puppy suffers because according to the front desk girl "there are more severe emergencies in the back and they only have 1 vet technician" My dog is in pain and they are just trying to "rule out" anything it could potentially be. Which I understand but the lack of professionalism they had displayed is concerning. Do yourself a favor! Don't panic like I did and go to the closest location. Drive to the right clinic. read more

Thank you for all your support in our trying time last night. We had to make a tough decision and everyone in the clinic late into the night were very supportive. As busy as the clinic was in the middle of the night they took the time to listen and go over all sorts of options. The veterinarian gave us well informed information which allowed us to make a calm cool logical decision even with emotions as crazy as they were. A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!! Just go to any other vet. All they want to do is take your money. I went in for a simple check up and they came back with a bill over $1000 dollars. Even tho I was only there for about 30 mins and was told "just give your dog some Benadryl and he'll be fine" they still think it's right to charge some one $350. Go to any other vet that actually cares about animals instead of the doll UPDATE: So apparently if you give them a bad review they will send you a letter saying the will refuse service. It is very difficult for me to write a negative review for Diamond Veterinary Hospital, but I feel that I really need to. We have been taking our two dogs there for health care for a number of years. Both of the dogs have serious health issues, and up until this recent episode, I had been very satisfied with their care. Diamond has always been very helpful when I needed something like a prescription refill. On Friday, February 12, I called because one of our beloved Dachshunds was in extremely bad shape, and was obviously dying. I called Diamond to make an appointment for euthanasia, and after identifying myself, was told that they didn't have time to deal with my issue. They would not make an appointment for euthanasia, and they gave me the phone numbers of some other vets who they said might do it for me. I called a couple, and our dog ended up dying at home two days later. I am so displeased with their callous attitude when our dog was in need of their services that I will be going to a different vet from now on. Needless to say, it was an extremely painful experience. read more

I am truly saddened to have to write this for what was once an outstanding veterinary facility . We have been bringing our dogs here for over 30 yrs and always had top notch care. Dr Hanna was the best. It is now impossible to get an appointment- I called yesterday and was told mid September! If you have an emergency maybe you can access the the after hours ER clinic for a steep price but if you want to have your pet seen in a timely matter for a perhaps minor concern or lab work it won't happen. It's obvious they have WAY too many patients in their practice and need to stop taking new animals until they can treat them in a safe and relatively quick time line. They are sacrificing care for volume and the results are sad and disappointing. read more
