The location kinda threw me off but once inside I instantly knew that I know longer had to drive a bit out of town for a shop like this. I'm sure it may have gotten some bad rep before but the shop is freshly remodeled and looks pretty nice! The hours are pretty convenient too. May make this a chill spot one day, who knows? Lol

The customer service is honestly bad…read more The whole point of running a business is to sell products to your customers, especially when the product isn't exclusive or hard to find anywhere else. So I don't understand why they refused to sell me the rest of the product they had. If you run out, you run out -- that's just how retail works. But refusing to sell something that's already on the shelf makes no sense. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or straightforward business practices.

Don't be fooled by the exterior, the interior is actually really well maintained, bright, clean, and organized. There are a ton of smoke shops here in Lebanon and they all look shady on the outside, Evolve definitely stands out in appearance. The guy working was helpful and was cool to talk with. We ended up getting three vape pens to try something new out. I've never seen a mushroom pen before so I'm excited to try this out next weekend (never on a work night). Our total came out to be about $60 for the three, mine being the most expensive at $30. Hopefully TN can realize someday that they can make major profit off of legalizing the good stuff with high taxes...one day. I hope.

I stopped in and purchased 5 vapes, and it wasn't until I went to use one a few days later that I found out it doesn't work. It turns out, 3 out of 5 vapes did not work at all. Weird but okay, I still have the receipt in the bag. Turns out they will not exchange their defective products for working ones. Their policy, which would be convenient to know at the time of purchase, is that you must try all of their products in the store before leaving. Surprise, they don't sell working products and it's their customers' fault for not getting high in their store at the time of purchase!!! Of course I can always do a chargeback but I'd like others to be wary of this shop as I've never been sold a defective vape before and this place seems to have a pretty good racket going.
