MIL goes in today to get it refunded or replaced and the guy at counter said "it's bloom, it's aged like fine wine" yes except wine isn't fluffy, smelling like a basement and blue. I loved this cigar lounge but if their staff can't identify what crystallized oil and fluffy MOLD is then I don't think people should shop here. Mold sporulates and will spread.

The location kinda threw me off but once inside I instantly knew that I know longer had to drive a bit out of town for a shop like this. I'm sure it may have gotten some bad rep before but the shop is freshly remodeled and looks pretty nice! The hours are pretty convenient too. May make this a chill spot one day, who knows? Lol

So I don't understand why they refused to sell me the rest of the product they had. If you run out, you run out -- that's just how retail works. But refusing to sell something that's already on the shelf makes no sense. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or straightforward business practices.

I do not know anything about cigars, and honestly, before yesterday had no idea this place existed…read more My boss sent me on an errand to get some high end cigars for business meetings happening this week. I went to Cork Dorks and when I showed them the brands my boss wanted, they were super helpful and pointed me a few storefronts over to Nashville Cigar. Stepped inside, and choked a little at first (I hate the smell of any cigar/cigarette/smoking thing) but really it was pretty cool. If you are into cigars it's a wonderland of treasures. The front is a cigar room where you can sit, relax and smoke. Very cool vibe. Back room is where all the goods are. Again, I know nothing, so I showed the brand list to the nice gent working and he hooked me up. Also, never knew how expensive a good cigar was until yesterday, crazy! But... you get what you pay for, as with anything in life. I won't be back unless sent on another errand for work, but for anyone into this world, you must check it out. Top notch quality and service!
