The staff is genuinely helpful without being pushy, they always take the time to explain things and help me pick out exactly what I need, for pain, sleep or uplifting moments throughout my day. Their products are always top notch. Their Sweet Spot gummies are a go-to for me, and I appreciate their great selection of vapes! Upon my arrival I learned that my order had not been made up for pick up and I would have to wait behind the walk-ins. I paid for my items and waited for an additional 20 minutes only to see the staff moving slow and with no sense of urgency. I advised the staff member at the front desk I had to leave and all she told me was they were busy. I left the store after being in there for 25 mins without the items I paid for. I have come to this location several times and this is by far is the worst service I've received. This was ridiculous and when I requested a refund over the phone, the staff member told me I'd have to wait a day or so for my refund. I'm very disappointed.
