Upon my arrival I learned that my order had not been made up for pick up and I would have to wait behind the walk-ins. I paid for my items and waited for an additional 20 minutes only to see the staff moving slow and with no sense of urgency. I advised the staff member at the front desk I had to leave and all she told me was they were busy. I left the store after being in there for 25 mins without the items I paid for. I have come to this location several times and this is by far is the worst service I've received. This was ridiculous and when I requested a refund over the phone, the staff member told me I'd have to wait a day or so for my refund. I'm very disappointed.

I had a really disappointing experience at this smoke shop. The customer service is honestly bad…read more The whole point of running a business is to sell products to your customers, especially when the product isn't exclusive or hard to find anywhere else. So I don't understand why they refused to sell me the rest of the product they had. If you run out, you run out -- that's just how retail works. But refusing to sell something that's already on the shelf makes no sense. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or straightforward business practices.

The location kinda threw me off but once inside I instantly knew that I know longer had to drive a bit out of town for a shop like this. I'm sure it may have gotten some bad rep before but the shop is freshly remodeled and looks pretty nice! The hours are pretty convenient too. May make this a chill spot one day, who knows? Lol

But if you're new to vaping this place would also a good place to start. They have a very large selection of liquids it's almost overwhelming, but they are very helpful. They have zero nicotine testers which is the first time I have seen that, I love it. They make liquids onsite which is always nice. When we visited this shop 2 out of the 3 employees were girls. It's a nice change to see other ladies in a vape shop. They are sometimes full of guys and women can feel slightly out place, but not here it definitely had a women's touch. The male employee was also very helpful and knowledgable. We always bring our one year old to vape shops they had not problem with her walking around and exploring. Everything was out of reach like it should be. One of the girls even came out from behind the counter and played with her while we sampled fluids and checked out products. This is a great vape shop it stands out among the others we have visited in the area.

Unfortunately, that's not saying much, since no other store in the area caters to the advanced-vaper crowd. But if you need something now and can't wait for shipping from an online retailer, this is the place to go. The overall prices for products are comparable to other stores. Vape products have a very high markup in general, but this store's prices are reasonable. The customer service is spotty at best, but not bad enough to really complain about. The store layout is more to blame than the staff, because all of the products are in glass cases directly in front of the entrance. So when you walk in, you immediately have 3-4 employees staring at you, which can make a customer feel pressured to engage with staff, rather than look around in peace. In summary: if you are a novice or are just getting into vaping, there are better options in town. But if you are an advanced-level sport vaper, this store is the best choice.
