We had a…read morelarge soffit filled with pipes and electrical that could have limited the design, but he was able to thoughtfully rework everything into a much slimmer, cleaner look while increasing functionality. What stood out most was his problem-solving skills. He consistently looked for ways to save us money and he was flexible and professional while working through an extended timeline due to unexpected mold remediation. As with any major renovation, there were a few design details to work through, but Rodney ultimately brought our vision to life. The finished kitchen is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the result and would confidently recommend him to anyone taking on a complex remodel!

Rodney partnered with Quality Stone in Virginia Beach, and their service--from selection to installation--was superb. Rodney provided a very fair price and handled every detail, including removing the bar, relocating an outlet, replacing 3 other outlets and installing a new sink and faucet. He even suggested a beautiful backsplash tile and helped me replace a 15-year-old over-the-range microwave with a new Whirlpool at a great price. Rodney is incredibly reliable, punctual, and truly available seven days a week. I highly recommend Full Circle Kitchen and Bath and will definitely call them for out next project

We had custom cabinets installed about three years ago with a five-year warranty, yet the…read morerefrigerator panel is already failing with warping and finish breakdown. What's most disappointing is not just the issue, but how it was handled. We reached out multiple times in good faith, provided documentation, and allowed a service visit, but the concern was dismissed without evidence, without a meaningful and unbiased evaluation, and without a transparent written report. The damage was attributed to moisture or pet activity, which is not supported by the condition shown. The final response effectively shut down further discussion. A warranty only has value if it is actually honored. For context, the project also involved installation-related issues that required water remediation, along with initial cabinet delivery problems including stains, edge peeling, marks, and missing pieces, which was unexpected given the quality standards presented. We chose this company based on its reputation for quality and customer-focused service. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect those expectations. We will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Virginia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section. At the end of the day, how a company responds when something goes wrong reflects its true values. Integrity, accountability, and how customers are treated matter.

We stopped in late last Saturday morning on the recommendation of our cabinet maker. I was very disappointed that, although the sign on the door clearly states that anyone entering must be wearing a mask, the red-headed woman that initially helped us didn't wear one at all, and the second woman who assisted us with a product quote kept hers under her nose the whole time. The second woman escorted us around the showroom to help us find a match for something we already liked. She priced out a Hanstone countertop with 2 separate measurements (with and without a separate breakfast bar) and the estimates were $2600 more than one we got from ProSource for the exact same material and the quote for turnaround time was 2 weeks longer. While we appreciated the very quick estimate (we did have to wait a few days for ProSource), it was really not worth the trip out to Portsmouth for us. They also don't carry anything other than stainless sinks, which was unfortunate. Given their inability to adhere to their own protocols and their exorbitant pricing, we will not be patronizing Superior Marble & Stone.

From the beginning to the end of the project, they kept me informed and worked around the other construction. Every single person I encountered were friendly, helpful and courteous. When placing the order, I was told it would be ready within 2 weeks. At 2 weeks, I called and was told it would be another 2 weeks. (They didn't call me to let me know of any delays). Once again, I called them to find out the status, and once again, the countertops weren't there. Now, we're at 4 weeks for a 2 week order. My client is being patient, but they've got a torn apart kitchen. They're not exactly happy about this delay. We've already made a deposit to this company for half of the amount of the cost. They've given no reason for these delays. Once again, another 2 weeks goes by with constant phone calls by myself to them. Absolutely no communication FROM them. Finally, the counters are ready. BUT, no backsplashes yet....ARE YOU SERIOUS?????? Fine, at least the customer can use his kitchen. During this time, I have asked several times to speak to the owner/boss/manager and have been given several reasons of why I'm unable to, not in, fishing, etc. When going to pick up the counters, they weren't even all cut correctly. I could go on, but the long and short...A few days later, we finally got the backsplashes too. My customer had to wait a frustrating 2 months to get his counters finished and I have YET to hear back from this company boss. Oh, but the receptionist did say he approved $50 off the total bill........Yes, that number you see is the correct number of 0's. $50. He cost me about $400, plus the time, aggravation, and reputation, but he'll offer a whopping $50 for my time and the gas it cost me to make multiple trips to pick up the countertops. What a stand up guy.........NOT
