I went here for the first time a few months ago, and the employee who did my eyebrow threading was nice and did a great job. The place is open on Sundays, so it's really convenient. Yesterday, a different employee (I'm pretty sure) was working. She was threading another woman when I came in. This woman was asked if she could wait a few minutes while she did my eyebrows. She told the employee she would come back later or text her when she should come back. The employee insisted she stay so she could wax her legs and give her a Brazilian. Well, my eyebrows suffered in the end because she rushed through it, and I was left to pluck a handful of hairs she didn't get. The employee was so focused on the other customer's money and wasn't invested in my $13 eyebrow threading. I need to be better at scheduling my eyebrow appointments so I don't come back here out of desperation on a Sunday. read more

I checked out Diamond Salon for the first time (per a close friend's recommenfor a Brazilian wax and eyebrow threading. Fatima was so quick and amazing! The wax did not hurt due to the products they use and Fatima's technique (if this is your first time waxing, it will hurt. For seasoned people it does not here!) My eyebrows needed a major cleanup and Fatima helped shape and trim them. She's also lovely and so nice! The treatments are affordable and done to perfection. First off there was one person in the whole establishment so I waited like 15 min to check in and eventually she came out from the back. I went In for a Brazilian wax. I don't know if I got a lousy job because I told her I had purchased through Groupon or what but she spent no time with me whatsoever. It lasted about 10 min. Bought a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. During the middle of the wax was told the buttocks were not covered and would be extra. A Brazilian was includes the buttocks or else it would be a bikini wax... false advertising. Also there was so much little hairs left and she was just putting was on top of wax to get the job done fast but I had to go somewhere else after to get what she did corrected. read more

I'm very disappointed in my experience here. The owner was extremely rude to me. She rushed through and left my brows uneven. I also asked her to wax the side of my face, but instead she started threading, which would have been extremely painful if I hadn't stopped her. I could tell that they were more concerned with receiving my money than taking the time to give me a good experience. Wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy. read more
