This company knows how to take care of pools. I took care of my pool for years and they take care of it like I would. The walls didn't get any algae through the hot months and it is staying clear. Called Shawn today with a pump that would not prime. Within 2hrs he had a guy, "the guy" at my house. He was able to find an umbrella cap in one of my valves and fix the problem. Wow I had exactly the same experience as Honest! This is the worst customer service I have seen in my whole life. We paid $1000 for acid wash the pool which he recommended. The color of the plaster was inconsistent and a line across the bottom of the pool. When I told him he said he would come out when he could. 10 days later and no visit or call. When I text him that I hadn't heard from him and it had been 10 days he called me and yelled at me for texting him while he was having dinner with his family. Then he texted that our service was terminated. I don't know how this guy lives with himself. read more
