First of all the owner is very unprofessional and rude I walked in and she was the only one there…read morewhen they opened and she was on her phone for 5 minutes screaming at someone before she even acknowledged that I was there the guy who did my nails for 6 months all of a sudden wasn't there and I asked where he was they said oh he quit when really I doubt it also she always has her children at work with her and just doesn't take pride in her work she's very rude and constantly yelling and never gets off her phone Than a lady walked in to say she had a issue with her nails and she didn't even look at the woman while she was talking to her to see what the problem was honestly I think she is very unprofessional and rude and the only reason I go is because everyone else is friendly and do a good job on my nails

I would not recommend this nail salon based on my recent experience…read more I went in for a pedicure, and my feet barely touched the water before the guy started working on them. The purpose of a pedicure is to allow your feet to soak and soften, but that never happened. My feet were only in the water long enough to test the temperature before he immediately began the service. To make matters worse, he started scrubbing my feet with a tool without applying any cream or exfoliating product first. I politely mentioned that my feet never got a chance to soak, and instead of addressing my concern, he looked at me, asked me to repeat myself, and then continued the service as if I hadn't said anything. The shellac polish application was also sloppy and uneven. I now have to clean up excess polish myself at home. I paid extra for paraffin wax, but it was left on for only about three minutes, which defeated the purpose of the treatment. The bottoms of my feet still have dead skin and feel like they were barely worked on. What disappointed me the most was the lack of customer service. When I expressed my concerns to another employee, they seemed completely uninterested and made no effort to resolve the issue. I am leaving this review to share my honest experience. I also have photos and a recording of me expressing my concerns at the salon and the staff's response which I will be positing on social media. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pedicure experiences I've had, and I will not be returning.

I've been coming here for years before Covid, before their expansion, and before anyone really knew…read moreabout them. Now everyone comes from near and far to get the best nails and nail art available within probably 100 miles! They also do waxing, lashes, eyebrows, pedicures, manicure, etc. They are a full service salon. Now all the other techs have learned to do nail art, so you can't really go wrong with most of them. Ken is the best and his wife, and he's been doing my nails for years. I took a long break for almost 2 years to heal my natural nails that were brittle, weak, and breaking, and I also was pregnant and had a baby. I returned so excited today!! I've been waiting to come back and of course no disappointment. My nails are beautiful as always. They are quite expensive though for long nails with nail art, but I do believe they also offer regular length normal acrylics and manicures and have dedicated techs for that. Prices have gone way up but that's everywhere post Covid. Long full set with rhinestones/art including a 15% tip was $105.80.

Been growing my eyebrows since MAY and finally decided to get them shaped, chose this spot because…read moreit was close by. My brows were thick and I asked for them to be ARCHED. The shape is absolutely HORRID, barely arched and UNEVEN. I will NEVER EVER RETURN. I am so hurt because it takes so long for my brows to grow out. This place SUCKS.
