I showed him an example of what I wanted, which was stiletto's first words he said was I'm gonna hurt myself. Dude would not stop saying he's the only one that could do stilettos because they're so hard (there not) Literally threw a tantrum because the bottom of my thumbnail wasn't completely dry from being under the light ( it felt warm. It looked like it was to me. I have long hands and long nails), which was super easily fixed and after he fixed it, he treated me like I was stupid. I was trying to be happy and go with the flow since me sitting there not saying anything and being nice was pissing him off. I didn't wanna upset him more but dude finishes with saying in my 25 years of experience Nobody's done this, your imagination is too big. Since I took up an hour and a half of his time, I tipped him 60 after he overcharged me (100)I didn't wanna make a scene so I paid for it and left, but this establishment has permanently lost my business and I pay good for nails simply because Time is money and that guy just screwed himself out of multiple good tips and the establishment out of good money. First and last experience. Would do a -5 stars if I could, and the nails are shitty and caked up looking. I pointed out how he could improve my nails and he said no they're supposed to be that way so I wasn't gonna argue with bullshit. Will be advocating for people not to go here.

I did have an issue at the beginning with first man just being a little rough and feeling like I was being rushed.. usually I sit and just won't say anything then usually I won't go back but today I decided to say something and boy did they go over the top to make sure I new they were sorry and they fixed and made it 1000 times better it made me a lot more comfortable with them also I have no issues with the gentleman because he could have just been having a rough day I would know because as a cosmo I have a few a time or two myself but it's how you correct yourself that matters and I will say I will 100 percent will be going back.. I want to thank the amazing owner , family and employees that's helped take care of a single momma just trying to pamper herself

For some reason the nail tech painted the dip powder on with a brush instead of dipping like you are suppose to do. She also only put on one layer and I was charged over $50 for it. 2 weeks later, I went back to my regular nail salon we could not get the dip off. It is stained onto my nail. The second picture is from 6 weeks later, still have black dip on my nails. No matter what we tried it will not come off!!!

I will not be returning to Kasey's. My first experience there was actually very good. The lady who…read moredid my nails was absolutely terrific, and I had no complaints. Unfortunately, my second experience was completely different. The gentleman who did my nails left them noticeably different colors. When I pointed it out and asked him to correct them, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he became defensive and had an attitude with me. When the supervisor--or whoever was in charge--came over, the two of them began speaking in another language while standing there with me. I understand that people speak different languages, but in that situation, it left me feeling uncomfortable and wondering what was being said about me or my complaint. As a customer, that is not a good feeling. Mistakes can happen, and I'm always willing to give someone the opportunity to fix a problem. What matters is how you treat the customer when they bring an issue to your attention. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of professionalism were enough to lose me as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because good customer service matters. Unfortunately, based on my second experience, I cannot recommend Casey's and will not be returning.

She then rubbed a sanding block over the top of my nails, dripped some oil on my cuticles, rubbed some lotion on and had me wash my hands. Then nail color and top coat applied. I keep my nails short but she never filed my nails, and they needed it. After painting them there was polish on my fingers on the sides of my nails and on my fingertips. She seemed more interested in the OU game that was on than her job. I have done a much better job at home myself and I DO NOT recommend them at all.

I had the absolute worst experience here today I had an appointment scheduled a week prior for a…read moreprenatal massage. I show up for my appointment 10 minutes in advance as advised. As I sit there a young lady finally comes out doesn't say anything to me so I ask " hi ma'am it's my first time here. What am I supposed to do" she tells me that the lady doing my massage was in a massage and will be out shortly to fill out some paperwork. I continue to wait for another 25 minutes. At this point a gentleman comes to the front. I asked him when they will be ready for my massage considering it's past my appointment time. He proceeds to get on the phone and go to the back then come back out to tell me that whoever was supposed to be doing my massage is out and she thought she communicated that with me. That NEVER happened or I would have never wasted my time showing up. Needless to say this was extremely unprofessional environment and a birthday gift that was gifted to me that will never get used.
