Unfortunately, my second experience was completely different. The gentleman who did my nails left them noticeably different colors. When I pointed it out and asked him to correct them, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he became defensive and had an attitude with me. When the supervisor--or whoever was in charge--came over, the two of them began speaking in another language while standing there with me. I understand that people speak different languages, but in that situation, it left me feeling uncomfortable and wondering what was being said about me or my complaint. As a customer, that is not a good feeling. Mistakes can happen, and I'm always willing to give someone the opportunity to fix a problem. What matters is how you treat the customer when they bring an issue to your attention. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of professionalism were enough to lose me as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because good customer service matters. Unfortunately, based on my second experience, I cannot recommend Casey's and will not be returning.

I also got a shave and to my surprise here came the lean back and the hot towel. Reminded me of the old days. I was given one of the best shaved with a straight razor I ever had. Even got the splash of old dads after shave to freshen things up. Took me back to my youth. I could recommend this place high enough.
