Went in and they chopped my bangs so bad. The girl who cut my hair cut my bangs shorter than I said…read moreI wanted and she did not even cut them straight. I also asked for a Sabrina Carpenter type of bang, she ignored me completely. I asked for a seventies kind of hair cut and she ignored me there too. When I was dying the under layer of my hair she didn't and toner or anything. The girl I asked to do my hair because she did it before, said she could not do it. Then on my second day of going in, the girl I asked to do my hair sat there and watched the other girl do my hair. The overall experience of this place was not good and I do not recommend.

Just moved to Durant and looking for a new stylist/salon. Natalie gave me a nice haircut but,…read moreunfortunately, I decided within ten seconds of walking in that I would not return. A large part of a hair cut for me is the overall experience - I like being pampered. When I walked in, two stylists were slouching in their chairs texting or talking on their phones. One looked up at me but didn't say anything at first. I just looked around waiting for a receptionist. When the stylist finally asked me if she could help me (without getting out of her chair or even straightening up), I told her I had an appointment with Natalie; she told me Natalie would be with me in a few minutes but never got up to tell Natalie I was waiting. I sat where I could see the shop; the two stylists in their chairs were sitting there with lots of hair on the ground and clods of dirt that someone had apparently tracked in earlier. When Natalie finished with her customer, she saw me sitting there and asked me who I was waiting for. Her station also had hair on the floor from the previous customer and with her own purse at her station, there was limited room my purse, glasses case, etc. A shampoo is apparently not standard - she asked me if I wanted a wash or just a "wet cut". I think I surprised her when I said I wanted a wash. She didn't spend any time with me checking out my current cut or hair texture before washing it; she didn't even put the cape on until after the wash. She didn't offer to blow dry my hair; that might have been because I said I don't normally blow dry my own hair or it might have been her 1:00 app't was waiting. (Scheduling each appt for 30 minutes seems to be too "assembly-line" for me.) The place was cluttered and dirty with unprofessional stylist. The price was good and, as I said, Natalie gave me a nice haircut but it's not enough for me.
