For some reason the nail tech painted the dip powder on with a brush instead of dipping like you are suppose to do. She also only put on one layer and I was charged over $50 for it. 2 weeks later, I went back to my regular nail salon we could not get the dip off. It is stained onto my nail. Unfortunately, my second experience was completely different. The gentleman who did my nails left them noticeably different colors. When I pointed it out and asked him to correct them, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he became defensive and had an attitude with me. When the supervisor--or whoever was in charge--came over, the two of them began speaking in another language while standing there with me. I understand that people speak different languages, but in that situation, it left me feeling uncomfortable and wondering what was being said about me or my complaint. As a customer, that is not a good feeling. Mistakes can happen, and I'm always willing to give someone the opportunity to fix a problem. What matters is how you treat the customer when they bring an issue to your attention. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of professionalism were enough to lose me as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because good customer service matters. Unfortunately, based on my second experience, I cannot recommend Casey's and will not be returning.

She then rubbed a sanding block over the top of my nails, dripped some oil on my cuticles, rubbed some lotion on and had me wash my hands. Then nail color and top coat applied. I keep my nails short but she never filed my nails, and they needed it. After painting them there was polish on my fingers on the sides of my nails and on my fingertips. As I sit there a young lady finally comes out doesn't say anything to me so I ask " hi ma'am it's my first time here. What am I supposed to do" she tells me that the lady doing my massage was in a massage and will be out shortly to fill out some paperwork. I continue to wait for another 25 minutes. At this point a gentleman comes to the front. I asked him when they will be ready for my massage considering it's past my appointment time. He proceeds to get on the phone and go to the back then come back out to tell me that whoever was supposed to be doing my massage is out and she thought she communicated that with me. That NEVER happened or I would have never wasted my time showing up. Needless to say this was extremely unprofessional environment and a birthday gift that was gifted to me that will never get used.
