As I sit there a young lady finally comes out doesn't say anything to me so I ask " hi ma'am it's my first time here. What am I supposed to do" she tells me that the lady doing my massage was in a massage and will be out shortly to fill out some paperwork. I continue to wait for another 25 minutes. At this point a gentleman comes to the front. I asked him when they will be ready for my massage considering it's past my appointment time. He proceeds to get on the phone and go to the back then come back out to tell me that whoever was supposed to be doing my massage is out and she thought she communicated that with me.
