Since I took up an hour and a half of his time, I tipped him 60 after he overcharged me (100)I didn't wanna make a scene so I paid for it and left, but this establishment has permanently lost my business and I pay good for nails simply because Time is money and that guy just screwed himself out of multiple good tips and the establishment out of good money. First and last experience. Would do a -5 stars if I could, and the nails are shitty and caked up looking. I pointed out how he could improve my nails and he said no they're supposed to be that way so I wasn't gonna argue with bullshit. Will be advocating for people not to go here.

But honestly. I think she was just lazy. Salt scrub was but in rubbed in a few strokes and then washed off. I mentioned I had a lot of dead skin on my heels... but she used the grater a few strokes and stopped. When I asked if she could go back in for more, the look was deadly. So no. I won't be back. But more importantly I always tip. Always. Always based on service. This is the first time in my life I left no tip. At least I'm honest. She started he stone massage at 3:04 pm and I kid you not, she was done with both legs at 3:08. I did day, that's it? She said the stones are cold. The hot towels stayed on for 30 seconds. I'm typically not picky about my pedi, but this was ridiculous. From the time I sat down to leaving was 33 minutes. Left to dry my toes in the car I was so mad.I'm glad I didn't do my nails here. Don't use the lady with clear glasses and bleached orange hair. Worse pedicure ever. On another note, the lady next to me was getting an AMAZING pedicure. She arrived at the same time and when I was walking out, her lady just started scrubbing her legs. She even mentioned, you're already done? Yes, my love, I am. As I sit there a young lady finally comes out doesn't say anything to me so I ask " hi ma'am it's my first time here. What am I supposed to do" she tells me that the lady doing my massage was in a massage and will be out shortly to fill out some paperwork. I continue to wait for another 25 minutes. At this point a gentleman comes to the front. I asked him when they will be ready for my massage considering it's past my appointment time.
