I spent 3 hours in Diamomd Nail today for a pedicure and full set. Danny, the tech who did my nails, was extremely rude to me. He went out of his way to do a terrible job on my nails. The service I received today was pitiful. We went back an hour later to speak to the manager. We waited 30 minutes. She offered to "fix" this terrible ordeal when I requested a partial refund. I was on a time crunch and worried that it would take a minute to get a full set and pedicure, they got me in and out in less than an hour & a half. the quality is top tier. Lowsy nail salon. I walked in for a simple manicure with my grand daughter who wanted full set. I waited 1&1/2 hours before I finally gave up and walked out after everyone who came after me was serviced. At first I thought it was because those after me were of caucasian descent, but no i think it was due to the cost of the service you requested. I will never step foot in Diamond Nail & Spa again. This is NOT my normal nail shop, however my daughters and I went in to get our toes polished. We were told that there would a bit of a wait. So we sat down in the front chairs. While waiting, a young lady walked in and asked how much would it be to get pedicures for 6 little girls. The guy told her how much. She left out and returned with 6 little girls plus herself and an older woman and they all were escorted to the back to the pedicure chairs immediately. When I questioned the man about it, he kept trying to explain that he was getting them started and he would get to us because we were getting polish changes only. Then he kept repeating.."you know what I'm saying" while explaining me why 8 people where getting started before me and my daughters who had been waiting for at least 15 minutes. I said no I don't know what you're saying because it's not making any sense. I told my daughters to put their polish back and we left. I do not understand his reasoning but I do understand that I have a choice of where to spend my money; and it will never be in Diamond Nail & Spa. read more

We walked right in on a Saturday at 1:00 for pedicures and didn't have to wait! Their color selection is not great, so if you want something specific, bring your own color. I wish I would have. The lady that did my pedicure took her TIME and I greatly appreciate it! She made sure to get all the dead skin off these dogs that haven't been done in a year. Then she gave a great massage. I had my nails gel polished to my fingernails and regular polish to my toenails. My polish litters my started to come off on the same night after taking a shower. I called the establishment the next day which was a Sunday and told the lady who answered the phone the issue. I told her that I could not come up there and get them redone on this day (Sunday). I didn't have anyone to keep my small children. The next day was July 4th and they would be closed. I had to work the next days and would not be able to come in until that Friday. She told me okay. I tried to get her to get my name but she wouldn't. When I came in that Friday they told me that it has been too long since they did my nails and I have to pay for half the service. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I waited an hour with my feet soaking after they told me they were ready. Once my pedicure started everything was rushed and the lady kept stopping and doing other things for other customers. Anytime I asked a question I received an attitude. When I asked the lady for another coat of nail polish she got loud with me. And to top it all off I did not get help getting down from my chair. I also did not appreciate the funny looks I received throughout my pedicure. I will not be coming back here EVER again. My 13 y.o daughter and I went in there 8 days ago to get nails done. after looking all over for her purse she realizes 8 days later she left her purse there. it had 160$ in it . She called they had it and when I went to get it they made sure I described it perfectly and said they were about to take to police station because there was no i.d and they didn't know what to do with it. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I was cut no less than four times and the polish looked like a 2 year old applied it. All of the staff was incredibly rude to my sisters and I and when asked to fix a sloppy paint she filed the nail so hard until it bled. We came to the salon to relax for a few minutes before attending our two year old nieces funeral over the weekend and left feeling even more upset than we walked in. I have visited twice because friends bought me a gift certificate. First experience was fine, just a standard gel manicure. Quick service and the tech was sweet. Decided to try a dip mani second time and was beyond disappointed with service. I had the one male technician in the salon and he was rude, did not listen, and did an awful job on the dip powder. The sides of my nails have no color because he did not evenly spread base and or top coat. The top coat is not smooth but instead has holes and ridges in it. I could forgive the manicure if the tech had been nice, but it was all around an awful experience. read more

And not to mention they are also higher that most. My granddaughters who are 6 and 10 could have done the same job. I stepped out of my comfort zone to try a new nail salon. I got a pedicure and a full set in under an hour. Can you imagine? I'm all for quick service, but my toes weren't even, over applied polish and it ran onto my skin which I had to scrub off. I ended up bumping my toe and messing up the polish so she quickly slapped on a coat of polish. She put two coats plus a clear coat before. You can see the flaw. I sat down to get my nails done. I had to walk the tech through what I wanted. White tip, short, square, and gel. I was never asked what I wanted. What would have I got had I not spoken up? I'm just not used to this type of service. The worst cuticle work I've ever seen. And it wasn't just me. It was my mom and a lady who had acrylic nails done. I had splitting hang nails reforming and the lady next to me had splitting skin on both sides of one of her nails as she sat at the nail dryer. The guy who did my nails was inattentive so I felt the vibration of the emery board as he'd shaped my nails. He also missed a few times so my fingertips got the emery board. Also, he did not ask me about my nail length. I had wanted them cut short, shaped, and polished. Both my mom and I went for basic manicures. My mom had a clear coat but the polish was not at all neat at the cuticle. It looked like it was about to peel when we got into the car. The customers who wanted mani-pedis were the actual focus here. We were just a deterrent. I grade these guys a "D". Try someplace else. read more

All three times I have gotten shellac manicures and my polish has chipped after 2-3 days. One of the nail technicians is sooooo slow. Decided to give them a try because my usual salon had a long wait. Now I wish would have waited 2 hours and gotten quality service. The pedicure left the soles of my feet untouched, my nails were filed unevenly, and it looks as if a child painted them. Paint on my skin and cuticles. As for the manicure, same thing even with another nail tech. She soaked my hands for all of 30 seconds, filed them very unevenly and the paint doesn't cover my entire nail, is sloppy and some spots you can see streaks. I was already unhappy with the services that I received when one of the nail techs wisked me away from the drying table after all of 3 minutes, slopped some quick dry on my nails, slid my shoes on and gathered my things and rushed me to the front to pay. It was obviously time for her to go because she stood behind me with her purse over her arm waiting to get her tip. I got home and had to refile my nails, and I guess I'll be repainting myself before the weekend is over. I will never return to this place. From now on I'll make a day of it if I must, and get what I pay for from my usual salon. read more
