Came in for a pedicure and finger nail (cut down and file). My hands were done nicely, but the pedicure was awful.. speedy/costly and the polish did not cover my nails. Polish was still around my nail bed and not removed with the remover and brush. Nails were not filed. Toes were half polished. When I asked her about filing, she filed one and said she usually files after the polish has dried and that I have soft nails... which I do not. For a $60 pedicure, it was a complete waste. She just went through the motions and I mean she did it like it was time to clock out and there were only 3 people in the shop. The lady beside me was still being seen and she arrived before me. No water, soda, etc given. I slipped off the pedicure step and she just looked at me and told me to go to chair #1. If I could give this place one review I would! Do NOT go to 2 CUTE NAILS SOUTHAVEN nor Horn Lake location! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE .. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to the Southaven location looking to get serviced with a fill and cut down. Pauline serviced me. First time there, and it was a horrible experience! Upon, signing in, each service has the price listed. I selected the "Fill+ Gell Polish for $50" plus "cut down for $5". As she was doing my nails I asked her to fix the shape due them being uneven after she cut them down. She had a problem with that and began arguing! I showed her a design (I know it will be an up-charge).. she did not like being corrected! My color is spilling over my cuticles, almost every nail is a different shape/ uneven. I asked her if she could fix it or if she couldn't I didn't mind going to the other location. She expressed that she "didn't see anything wrong with them". I pointed out exactly what I said up above & and her response was "your cuticles are dry". My TOTAL was $85 for this service! I came to the Horn Lake location just asking to speak with someone about the distraction and they said "well she's the owner and we can't help you". read more

First I get a pedicure and the guy cut the side of my toe with the cuticle clipper. Sliced my skin open. The polish job is seriously a joke. My full set is even worse . The acrylic is laid on horrible. It's bumpy, wide and uneven. Also some was left on the sides of my nails . The people here are unwelcoming and plain rude. They are also very overpriced. Not worth it at all. Go elsewhere with people who have experience. They charged me $55 for these nails that were shorter than my real nails that I could've just painted with white paint on my own. She fined my natural nail down, along with my skin. She was talking to her friend on the phone the entire, and when I had a conversation my mom asking about pricing, she was telling me to "come on". This Salon is a mess! I am not sure if anyone actually even still comes here but it is just sad!!! Sloppy! The workers are complaining the whole time they have to clean after themselves and take the trash out. The lady that did my pedicure turned on Netflix to watch while she did my pedicure and took a phone call and texted the whole time. My water was cold, she never rubbed the lotion or anything in. I've been coming twice a month for a while now. Ms. Number Six and the rest of the techs here are incredible. The top coat did something funny once, I called and the fixed it for free. Very unsatisfied with my experience. Notified the owner that the polish used on me was "older" and "clumpy" which led to a full out 10-minute shouting match in front of other customers about the shop being new, polish being new, etc., I attempted to explain how I witnessed the nail tech add thinner to a bottle 4+ times to finish my regular manicure.  This led to more yelling about how I didn't witness this.  Then, I notified the owner that a new bottle of polish (same color) was used on 2 clients after me.  I was informed that I was wrong.   The owner also stated that it was okay for the nail tech to add generous amounts of thinner to the bottle.  Finally, the owner looked at my nails.  It was explained to me that the "lumpiness" was from my previous gel nails.  I've NEVER had gel nails. After more arguing, it was stated I could have my nails redone. I insisted on having my bill so that I can leave.  I was discounted for the nail polish service at the end.  I would consider patronizing this shop again HAD the yelling, insisting I was wrong about the clumpy polish and insisting I had gel nails prior did not occur.  I REFUSE to revisit this shop. read more

The worst nail I've ever been to! went in for a gel manicure. The lady put my hands in plain cold water. Chopped up my cuticles then used a coarse file to shape my nails and left burrs every where. Cuticles still on my nails. No lotion or other elements of a real pedicure. She started to get power file out to do tops of nail and I said no. She gets polish out. I asked if she was finished with nails and she said yes. I told her that I didn't want gel polish on top of my cuticles and I just wanted to pay for what she did to this point which was nothing and she charges me $20!!!! Never again!!! read more

If I could go with 0 stars I would. They had sent me a coupon for my birthday. So, I was excited to go. I've been here 3 times now and each time the service gets worse. The gentleman that worked on my today tried to use unsanitary tools and repeatedly tried to cut my naturally short toe nails. After I had already asked him not to. While finishing my pedicure he asked if I'd like a full set, which I responded "no". I began to tell him that I've actually grown out my nails to get a pretty gel manicure. (Growing out my nails is extremely hard for me) I sit down and he proceeds to file my nails down to make them gritty for a full set... IGNORING THE FACT IM TRYING TO TAKE MY HAND AWAY! He proceeded to make them paper thin and tried to stick on tips. At this point I raise my voice a few octaves repeating "I do not wish to have a full set". He Finally start to give me the gel manicure I ask for. Now I have short stubby nails! I came to this location to get a pedicure with my daughter (8 years old) who also received a pedicure. I ordered a deluxe for myself and traditional pedicure for my daughter. There were only 2 order patrons being served at the time. Fast forward, she only spent 10 minutes on my daughter's pedicure. Now time for mine. The lady was on talking on the phone, speaker phone the entire time. She then barely scrubbed my feet and used the cuticle clippers to cut my toenails. I stopped mid- pedicure, feet wet and ended the service. I paid for my daughter's pedicure and left. I called the owner, who promptly asked me to come to the main location and he would let front desk know that I was coming. When I arrived at the main location (20 Minutes away), the front desk did not know I was coming. Needless to say, I will NEVER come to either location again. In addition, l will refer my friend and family to other locations. I will not pay for half ass service anywhere. read more
