Came in for a pedicure and finger nail (cut down and file). My hands were done nicely, but the pedicure was awful.. speedy/costly and the polish did not cover my nails. Polish was still around my nail bed and not removed with the remover and brush. Nails were not filed. Toes were half polished. When I asked her about filing, she filed one and said she usually files after the polish has dried and that I have soft nails... which I do not. For a $60 pedicure, it was a complete waste. She just went through the motions and I mean she did it like it was time to clock out and there were only 3 people in the shop. The lady beside me was still being seen and she arrived before me. No water, soda, etc given. I slipped off the pedicure step and she just looked at me and told me to go to chair #1. She knew that I had scuffed my polish, but the nail tech had to tell her to come back out to redo one toe... A complete waste of 20 minutes in that pedicure chair... read more

If I could give this place one review I would! Do NOT go to 2 CUTE NAILS SOUTHAVEN nor Horn Lake location! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE .. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to the Southaven location looking to get serviced with a fill and cut down. Pauline serviced me. First time there, and it was a horrible experience! Upon, signing in, each service has the price listed. I selected the "Fill+ Gell Polish for $50" plus "cut down for $5". As she was doing my nails I asked her to fix the shape due them being uneven after she cut them down. She had a problem with that and began arguing! I showed her a design (I know it will be an up-charge).. she did not like being corrected! My color is spilling over my cuticles, almost every nail is a different shape/ uneven. I asked her if she could fix it or if she couldn't I didn't mind going to the other location. She expressed that she "didn't see anything wrong with them". I pointed out exactly what I said up above & and her response was "your cuticles are dry". My TOTAL was $85 for this service! I came to the Horn Lake location just asking to speak with someone about the distraction and they said "well she's the owner and we can't help you". read more

Please for your sake don't ever come here. Worst experience ever. The people doing nails have no experience what so ever. First I get a pedicure and the guy cut the side of my toe with the cuticle clipper. Sliced my skin open. The polish job is seriously a joke. My full set is even worse . The acrylic is laid on horrible. It's bumpy, wide and uneven. Also some was left on the sides of my nails . The people here are unwelcoming and plain rude. They are also very overpriced. Not worth it at all. Go elsewhere with people who have experience. Left spending nearly $200 including a $25 tip ( my husband paid before I could tell him what happened) only to go home and have to fix it all. read more

Worst nail place ever. They don't list their prices so beware. Basic pedicure and dipped nails was $110. I could've painted my toes better myself and didn't get any additional scrub/massage/nothing. The dipped nails are wavy and she left junk all under my nails. She was done with nails in 8 mins. Please don't let them take advantage of you like they did me. read more

My nails look good but not exactly what I asked for. Anddd I didn't like the fact that they charge $55 (+$15 for every 2 nails you get a art). That's awayyy overpriced. read more

Would give it a zero, but I cannot. The nails she did aren't hideous or bad, other than the fact that the were over priced. They charged me $55 for these nails that were shorter than my real nails that I could've just painted with white paint on my own. She fined my natural nail down, along with my skin. She was talking to her friend on the phone the entire, and when I had a conversation my mom asking about pricing, she was telling me to "come on". They tried charging $75 for medium nails and $250 for the nail design I wanted (which is EXTREMELY overpriced). read more

Well I should have read all the terrible reviews before stopping here. It was Sunday and I was leaving in a business trip the next day. The nail tech was terrible. He looks like a lounge lizard with his shirt all unbuttoned and my nails are gunky. He left powder over my cuticles. They aren't even and smooth. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

It will not give me the option for no stars... Although the girl that waited on me, was nice enough...did just an OK job & she chose to set up her phone and watch a show while doing my nails...didn't get to watch her show because she got a FaceTime phone call, which she spoke to the whole time. I don't need someone to talk to me, but I focus on what you're doing! Seemed she was comfortable enough doing this that it's happened before...I will not be back! read more

Most of them hardly speak English and do your nails the way they want to not the way you want . .After telling them over and over again after you see them heading in the wrong direction, they still ignore your request...then when you ask for someone to straighten up these man looking nail they get an attitude...here from Texas and found them online but if I ever come here again I will never see them again ... on top of that my fingers are burning from them filing my skin rather than these fat nails...a read more

The worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The lady looked angry from the get go , put my hands in cold water and started cutting my cuticles without proper soaking. This Salon is a mess! I am not sure if anyone actually even still comes here but it is just sad!!! Sloppy! The workers are complaining the whole time they have to clean after themselves and take the trash out. The lady that did my pedicure turned on Netflix to watch while she did my pedicure and took a phone call and texted the whole time. My water was cold, she never rubbed the lotion or anything in. I paid 50 dollars for service that was not given! I really wish I had gotten up and left. I have seriously never seen such bad work ethic. read more

Very unsatisfied with my experience. Notified the owner that the polish used on me was "older" and "clumpy" which led to a full out 10-minute shouting match in front of other customers about the shop being new, polish being new, etc., I attempted to explain how I witnessed the nail tech add thinner to a bottle 4+ times to finish my regular manicure.  This led to more yelling about how I didn't witness this.  Then, I notified the owner that a new bottle of polish (same color) was used on 2 clients after me.  I was informed that I was wrong.   The owner also stated that it was okay for the nail tech to add generous amounts of thinner to the bottle.  Finally, the owner looked at my nails.  It was explained to me that the "lumpiness" was from my previous gel nails.  I've NEVER had gel nails. After more arguing, it was stated I could have my nails redone. I insisted on having my bill so that I can leave.  I was discounted for the nail polish service at the end.  I would consider patronizing this shop again HAD the yelling, insisting I was wrong about the clumpy polish and insisting I had gel nails prior did not occur.  I REFUSE to revisit this shop. read more

The worst nail I've ever been to! went in for a gel manicure. The lady put my hands in plain cold water. Chopped up my cuticles then used a coarse file to shape my nails and left burrs every where. Cuticles still on my nails. No lotion or other elements of a real pedicure. She started to get power file out to do tops of nail and I said no. She gets polish out. I asked if she was finished with nails and she said yes. I told her that I didn't want gel polish on top of my cuticles and I just wanted to pay for what she did to this point which was nothing and she charges me $20!!!! Never again!!! read more

This place is AWFUL. I've gone a few times and every time I go-- I say I'm never going back. Well, we were in a rush and heading to the airport so we didn't have any other option. I got my little sister a pedicure and manicure = $88 with no tip. This is absolutely INSANE. She got a basic manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was $55. I have never in my life heard of a basic shellac pedicure being $55. The polish was sloppy. Nonetheless, I paid for it, and they wouldn't let me use my 20% off coupon because I was treating someone else. Absolutely insane. Shut this place down. read more

So to start off they did an AMAZING job. I have gotten so many comments on my nails. However I spent 2-3 hours waiting for them to get to me since you can't make appointments. I got custom nails so they were $130 but it was well worth it. Just make sure you bring a charger! read more

I came in for a basic manicure. It does not appear that I got a manicure especially one that cost $30. I'm okay with paying the price if it's $30 worth. The massage in the end was even horrible. If you are going to charge more than other salons please have the quality work! read more

If I could go with 0 stars I would. They had sent me a coupon for my birthday. So, I was excited to go. I've been here 3 times now and each time the service gets worse. The gentleman that worked on my today tried to use unsanitary tools and repeatedly tried to cut my naturally short toe nails. After I had already asked him not to. While finishing my pedicure he asked if I'd like a full set, which I responded "no". I began to tell him that I've actually grown out my nails to get a pretty gel manicure. (Growing out my nails is extremely hard for me) I sit down and he proceeds to file my nails down to make them gritty for a full set... IGNORING THE FACT IM TRYING TO TAKE MY HAND AWAY! He proceeded to make them paper thin and tried to stick on tips. At this point I raise my voice a few octaves repeating "I do not wish to have a full set". He Finally start to give me the gel manicure I ask for. Now I have short stubby nails! Although they look good, I am extremely disappointed with not only my nails but the customer service. 10/10 would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Waited over 45min for the shittiest pedicure of my life I paid $40 for a basic pedicure that ended up being 15 min and was rushed with no attention to detail paid.. then got a basic manicure which was just essentially them painting my nails that they then said they didn't know the price then informed me it would be $30. The place I normally go charges $15 for a basic manicure and the basic pedicure is $29, I only tried this place because my mom highly recommended it... I came to this location to get a pedicure with my daughter (8 years old) who also received a pedicure. I ordered a deluxe for myself and traditional pedicure for my daughter. There were only 2 order patrons being served at the time. Fast forward, she only spent 10 minutes on my daughter's pedicure. Now time for mine. The lady was on talking on the phone, speaker phone the entire time. She then barely scrubbed my feet and used the cuticle clippers to cut my toenails. I stopped mid- pedicure, feet wet and ended the service. I paid for my daughter's pedicure and left. I called the owner, who promptly asked me to come to the main location and he would let front desk know that I was coming. When I arrived at the main location (20 Minutes away), the front desk did not know I was coming. Needless to say, I will NEVER come to either location again. In addition, l will refer my friend and family to other locations. I will not pay for half ass service anywhere. read more
