I went and got a pedicure, regular with regular nail polish (I jad regular nail polish on my toes before and that had to be removed) and then I got my gel polish on my hands removed and a manicure with dip polish. The lady who did it was nice and the salon is clean. I did not expect what I got to cost $110, before tip. I also paid cash. I have gone here inconsistently in the past and like the people and the work, but always walk out feeling like I overpaid. This was maybe my fourth time going and while I like them, I can get this same service elsewhere for about $90. Also I got dip on my natural nails, no extensions. No designs. read more

The girls are great been going for 5 years and but now my 90 pedicure and nail dip is 120 because they now charge to shape your nails...and want to argue that it's always been that...mind you I get short square round every 2 weeks...time to stop..BYE.. read more

Nail tech did alright but the prices are ridiculous here and I won't be coming back. I paid $85 for gel French tip and two acrylic one on each big toe... and got a basic pedicure no massage or anything. I love here from Los Angeles and Houston and have never paid for pedicure at this price before. They usually charge me about 55-60 for the exact price plus complimentary alcohol and massage.. very pricey for Mississippi! I recommend going somewhere else read more

This place is always horrible. The services provided are less than good. The manager is rude. The pricing is inconsistent.

My appointment was at 11 came set in the chair for my pedicure. Start on my feet about 1140. He didn't give me the color chart The white lady he gave the chart to her and i was here almost 20 minutes before her The tech was nice. He didn't give me the price book or anything. I don't think I will be back. He treated me alittle different. read more

very unprofessional environment!! my service was refused after I had sat and waited for about 30 minutes just because they did not want to give me a soak off for my toe that I already had previously and to make were rude and didn't even care about my frustration after I had already explained to the receptionist who barely speak English or understand anything what I had on my feet and what I was coming to do just a waste of time and the prices are very ridiculous. Will never recommend and I am a whole lawyer law. read more

Communicate price. I was way overcharged for what I got. And because I do not speak or understand their language I believe they just guessed. My classic pedicure was 35.00. I also got a dip with no tips on my hands. Total price 105.00. Is this normal? read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would, they used charge everything without letting you know, I got cut and so did the person with me. There was a lady at the entrance complaining about the upcharging when we were waiting to get in. I'm a regular mani pedi girl and would never go here again. read more

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO TO La Belle Nailbar in OLIVE BRANCH. I went in on Friday afternoon and by that evening EVERYone of my nails was lifting. I paid $80 for French dip. I was just able to go back in there to ask them to fix them and the man at the counter kept pointing to a policy like I'm supposed to care about it when my nails look like complete garbage. He refused to fix my nails and even acknowledged how bad they looked. I will never spend my money on a poorly ran business like this. I have always enjoyed pedicures from there but they have lost my business. Please be aware going in here and paying their ridiculous prices for piss poor work. I am extremely picky and know what good and bad work looks like. When i left they looked good until I got home and washed my hands and noticed all the spots where the dip was stuck to my cuticle and by that time I could not go back to get them fixed because we all have jobs and then they told me they have a 3 day policy for dip lasting. So pretty much they are saying after 3 days they know their work won't last and they won't fix it. It's a big scam to me. My toddler could have done a better job than these lunatics. read more

Although the lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and did a decent job on the pedicure but her polishing skills were lacking and the polish looks clumpy and not evenly done. Also, they didn't tell me that they charge an extra $20.00 for gel polish. I came to this nail salon because I was in a pinch for time and couldn't get in to my regular salon. Needless to say, it will most definitely be the last time. $50.00 for the pedicure then an additional $20.00 for the gel polish for a total of $70.00. Thumbs down for sure. read more

Update: Sunday - 8/18 I called LaBelle on Saturday, 9/17 at 10:22 AM to speak to the manager and let him make it right as he said when he apologize to me in the first post. The caller on the phone said she's (I know the owner is not a lady) not in, I explained why I called and she took down my name and number and said she would have him to call me back. The owner never called me back. So I decided to just go up there this morning when they opened at 11AM to let the owner make it right. I told him what happened showed him the post that he made about making it right. He says yeah yeah you have to pay. I said how it that making it right that I still have to pay. I then tried to make sure there was no language barrier and we both understood the answer and the question. I pointed to him and said you pay? And he said no, no you pay, then he said its after 5 days. I said I came in Tuesday and you told me I had to pay then. So I asked again, I pointed to him and said you pay and he said no, no, you pay. Then I pointed to myself and said I have to pay and he said yes, yes, you pay. I was done after that. I decided to never use them again. This is by far the MOST unprofessional place I've ever experienced. I had to wait 2.5 hours for a pedicure that literally looks like it's 4 weeks old. I'm not sure if they're just incompetent or don't care. She rushed my pedicure, my toe nails are crooked and gel polish is already chipping. It hasn't been 24 hours good. I will never patron here ever again. If you're going to charge $65 for a pedicure please at least make sure my looks decent. read more

I won't go back. I hav been going here for over a year. My nail girl is AMAZING. It's the guy at the front door that is the problem. I don't know if he owns this place or if he is the manager. I got my nails done yesterday and left a $20 tip on the credit card slip. I took it over to my nail tech to show her that I left her a decent tip. My first time trying La Belle along with my mom, sister, niece & my daughters. & every single one of them besides me was unhappy with the results. First we get told it would be about 30 minutes. That was just the wait to get to a chair then you would need to wait in the chair for another 45 minutes to an hour. Then your being rushed when they finally get to you. They take on too many customers hoping to see who can go through the most customers in a day. & the results are upsetting but after sitting there so long you're kinda over all of it & ready to run. My daughter is 6 & she was sooo upset at how sloppy the lady's job was. They may be better throughout the week when they are less busy if you are considering trying them. read more

I went to LaBelle Nail Bar on 10/9/22 for a dip polish change. I called before going to check their hours and prices bc their website does not function properly. The manager, not sure his name told me when I asked specifically about dip polish change for my nails and gel polish for my toes that it would be $40 and up for my nails and $25 for my toes. When I got the bill it was $85. When I asked why it was $25 more than he told me, he rudely said, "I told you $40 and up for your nails". Knowing I had no plans to return I paid my tab, no tip included and left. That same night, I began to see lines in my nails. The very next day those lines were becoming full cracks and my nails started breaking with the polish. Because Monday was a government holiday they were closed, so I went on Tuesday just knowing that they would replace my polish because it visibly was not a good job, this same man looks me in my face and tells me he will repair the three nails that are visibly completely broken, but will only give me 30% off of a full set for the nails that have not yet broken completely. And all of this is happening while the customer who walked in before me is in to have her polish redone because it chipped off and she had just gotten it done Sunday as well. Only go here if you want to pay top dollar for piss poor customer service and work read more
