I absolutely adored my stylist, but I did not get what I asked for. I left the salon in tears, and the tears continued. I had work the next morning and, as a teacher, I was mortified to walk in with hot red hair so I dyed over it. Upon asking for a refund, I talked to LEXI over the phone and I am absolutely disgusted by this vile person's attitude. She proceeded to ask me where I worked to try and justify her mistake, that I should not have tried to fix my hair for my job because the dress code was "my opinion", and refused me a refund. As a paying costumer I am absolutely horrified SHE ended up with my $200 dollars.

Bloom was recommended to me by a family member, so I decided to go for a hair extension consultation. Megan discussed my options and we decided to do tape in extensions. She was able to match my color perfectly and strategically place the extensions so you cannot see the bonds. She cut the extensions so my hair wasn't such a drastic change.
