DO NOT GO HERE. THIS WOMAN IS A CON ARTIST. I went there because I had a chipped diamond and State Farm had them listed as a place to go to get the diamond replaced. She tried to talk me into "upgrading" to a larger diamond with a lower color and clarity than what I had. My husband and I researched it and found out that what she was trying to replace my diamond with, for an additional $5000, was actually worth $10,000 less than what I had already had. When my husband confronted her about it she acted like she didn't know and thought that was strange. We decided to have her replace it with exactly what I had (color D and VS2). She appraised the new diamond and gave us the GIA report. I recently chipped my diamond that I got from her and went to another jeweler to replace it because my husband thought that the woman from Diamond Image was sketchy. The jeweler looked at the diamond in front of me and the diamond that was in my ring was a EGL diamond NOT a GIA diamond and had a completely different number etched in the diamond. The color was actually an I (instead of a D) and the quality was I1 (instead of VS2). We have filed a police report and hopefully she will be arrested for fraud. I have never taken this ring anywhere since I got it so the diamond could not have been switched out at any other point. read more
