I gave Rosaspina a call and the knew exactly my order, was very pleasant on the phone, and was also eager to celebrate. I was told a photo of the flowers would be sent to me as well. The flowers were delivered an hour or so later. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, the flowers turned out to be a piece of art. Absolutely stunning! A bright birthday bouquet that was perfect. I loved the detailed email updates, the studio photo of the creation, and the delivery was wonderful. The flowers came in a stylish square vase. Cost: $58 for standard, $115 for deluxe, and $173 for premium. $20 for hand delivery. I left a $10 tip for their excellent service. This local florist in Montclair, NJ is top tier. Thank you!

My daughter went in for a last minute bouquet on Vday morning which the elderly woman was very nice to her mind you my daughter is white. A black man came in asking for a vase and my daughter said the room was crawling with vases and they barely had no flowers and she refused to sell him one and came off as so racist and nasty it upset my 18 year old so much I almost called her and told her off. There was nothing professional about what was given to us. I would be embarrassed to put what we received on the tables. McMasters Florist should be ashamed. Handfuls of flowers were stuffed into the mason jars that we provided. The stems were not cut to make the flowers even, the leaves were left in the bottom of the jars making the water cloudy, there was no care in making an actual centerpiece. Furthermore, we ordered 12 centerpieces. We were given 11 and told there were not enough flowers to make 12. After taking the centerpieces apart and arranging them ourselves we were able to make 12 centerpieces, 1 arrangement to place on the bar, and one arrangement for our table at home. If any effort or care was taken in making an arrangement the florist could have done the same. In the end everything worked out and we got a lot of compliments on the centerpieces we made. My advice to anyone using McMasters Florist is to think twice or just buy the flowers and do it yourself.
