Towards the end, it was a party with them, it was such a great way to end my trip. The vibes were WONDERFUL. During the experience, we had freshly made ceviche and burgers. They were also accommodating with my dairy allergy and the drinks they made were fantastic! I appreciated the crew prioritizing safety while keeping the environment exciting and fun. I loved it! The boat came equipped with clean restrooms, great snacks, and the staff kept the drinks flowing. If I could have done it again, I would not have personally done the snorkeling, as the waters were pretty challenging (even with a life vest) and not much marine life could be seen. We were lead in the water by our guide, but went pretty far... Despite our crew giving instructions to signal for assistance when needed in the water, our crew completely forgot all instructions when I actually needed help. Instead of coming to rescue when I signaled for help, they waved back at me... could have met my maker, but here I am, living to fight another day.

We were there in the afternoon so most people were already out at sea. There was barely any other people at the marina and it was so nice & quiet which is always what I prefer. I recommend book a tour here whenever you visit Cancun. Caribbean Sea is so beautiful and snorkeling gets you to tour the reefs and tropical fish even underground museum. The lunch was great and they give you decent portion sizes with appetizers. There was great music, wonderful entertaining staff, and fun guests on board. The snorkeling part is very average and the reef area they show has pretty much all died unfortunately. If you've never ever snorkeled before I guess it's okayish. There's also a fun water slide and diving board. The total tour is about 7 hours from start to finish. I originally found this activity on TripAdvisor and it had great reviews. Here's the weird part - on TA it says "a tour of the ruins is included". It never happened. I'm not sure if they advertised wrong on there or what but we were kinda bummed about missing that. Overall great activity and I will definitely be back next time we're in the area. TIP: there's an additional $14 USD "port fee" that has to be paid CASH ONLY when you check in. This is great for all ages and group sizes. They make you take everything off the boat when you leave to tour the island so bring a small bag or back pack. Keep in mind these are only here in season…read more (Starting around June 1st - September 15th) The downside to coming to Mexico to swim with the Whale Sharks is you have to wear those ridiculous life vests, but in Isla Mujeres it's almost a guaranteed sighting. Due to government regulations no free diving . The life vest makes it seem like more of a tourist trap than pelagic adventures in other countries. Still a great experience to be in the water with such magical creatures.

Once we returned, we stopped at Playa Norte (some the prettiest water I have ever seen in my life) and they made some fresh ceviche for everyone on board.
