We brought in the easy one first, my husbands. When we picked it up it looked and smelled brand new. The next day we brought in the challenge, my car. It had been through some things. A can of paint had been spilled in it and cleaned up, but not well. Hay had been transported in it, muddy dogs had jumped in and out of it, a crate of pigs had driven in the back, two pygmy goats had ridden with the seats down...we were worried! But there was absolutely no reason to be concerned! When we picked it up, there was no sign (or smell) of livestock, no remnants of hay, no more muddy dog paw prints, and there is no way anyone would ever guess a gallon of paint had been spilled. It looked brand new. My only regret is that we didn't find Taj detailing sooner.

She'd use it to transport dogs, move hay bales to put out in the dog yard, and it's a 1995 vehicle so it needed a GOOD cleaning anyway! These guys did an awesome job, every nook and cranny just like I asked them to. Inside and out, everything shines, including the tires! The young men were most courteous. Forgot to mention: I really wanted to get this car clean and feeling like MY car before having to use it. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and provided the female employee my Groupon information. This process was easy. I signed a document that there was no damage to my car and was told I was not able to have a copy per company policy. I wanted documentation that there was no damage to my car and took a photo of the document with my cell phone. When I picked up my car I looked it over and was astonished, the car was not waxed and there were water spots all over from not being properly dried after they washed it. My windows were smeared from end to end, come to find out they use a wet microfiber cloth to clean the glass which just left residue across all windows. Well, except for the rear window which wasn't even touched. I pulled back the panoramic shade and would you believe, they didn't even touch that window either. I approached Ray, the owner about the shotty job, my dash board was still dusty and I was told it's because I have a weird dash and it couldn't be dusted properly. The wood paneling interior of my car was smeared, and my center console wasn't touched. Ray said they couldn't clean my console or cubbies because I had personal possessions in them. Keep in mind their paperwork, website, nor their employee said anything about removing those items or it wouldn't be cleaned. Industry standard is they put your items in a bag and leave it in the trunk. Please note, I did remove all other items from my trunk and car. I asked Ray if he was satisfied with the job he did and he became very aggressive. He immediately had an attitude and wanted to argue about everything. I showed him the dust still in the vents, the dirty windows, the dirty cup holders, the dust on my steering wheel column, the dirty door jambs and he just wanted to argue that he takes pride in his work, and operates a successful detail shop. I was no longer comfortable with the way Ray was speaking with me and decided I would just bite the bullet and take the loss. Please read the reviews, read Ray's responses and heed the warnings.

Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place!
