I'm so impressed by Roger, Teresa and Dial Instant Printers. The quality of customer service is AMAZING!!! The finished product (postcards and vynyl signage) is first class quality. I specifically chose Dial based on proximity to LAX and the ratings on yelp. I live and run a small business, called The Savvy Actor, Inc. in New York City and needed supplies for a trade show at the Staples Center. I was on a tight budget and deadline. I really gave Roger a small window from which to work...and trust me I knew that when I called him. When I called, I had several questions. The biggest stemming from the fact that I couldn't decided between vinyl or foam core posters. We discussed how they would be used and Roger gave great advice that made me feel confident in the choices that I had made. At the end of our conversation, I told Roger I'd have the files to him later that day. Unfortunately, my computer crashed and I lost my Illustrator with it. Roger offered to help make a design change. Because the crash was pushing the deadline he even offered to deliver the finished product to the Staples Center if he was not able to deliver by my pick up time I had originally requested. Dial delivered and Roger kept me in the loop on the details of the process. I'm giving Dial Instant Printers 5 stars for print quality, customer service and ease of mind. read more

And the reason that they are still around after all these years when there are so many other larger competitors around is that they really go the extra mile to take care of you. I was quoted a price and finish date when I walked in with the card stock, quantity and print I wanted. The employee was a bit odd but, I decided not to think much of it. I asked to place the order and he insisted I email him my order instead. I said that's fine. I called and inquired about his response since I didn't hear from him and he said he would send it right away. I never received it and since I needed this to be ordered as soon as possible I called back and the owner answered. Roger is a very nice guy, but said he couldn't place my order for what I was quoted by his employee. I explained to him that I needed this soon and he said sorry that he couldn't do for what his employee quoted me for two hours before that! Terrible customer service. This is my first time writing a review for anything. I used Roger to print some posters about 2 years ago and not only did he print it on biodegradable foam core, he cut us a deal since we were just starting out. About 7 months ago, we had a fundraiser to help raise money to build a home for rescued girls in human trafficking and when I asked Roger if he could give us a discounted price on our invites. SEARCH NO MORE! So here's my story in a nutshell. I went to another printing company for help regarding a business card that wasn't quite right. Lets just say after 3 weeks and 180.00, I was extremely frustrated with the results. Needless to say I needed to move on and thank goodness I found Roger on Yelp. He saw me immediately, helped me understand what I wasn't liking about the card (I couldn't figure it out) and even helped me redesign it after hours. I saw him treat a customer that was printing 4 pages of her resume ($1.00) get just as much respect as the rest of his clients. So if you want the perfect copy of a resume or a $400.00 printed sweatshir,t Roger and his crew are people to see. BTW, my business cards turned out amazing! I would give zero stars if I could. I like to support local businesses and saw the good reviews for Dial Printers, so decided to give them an order. What a mistake and I will never be back. 1. Poor graphic support - Multiple back and forth with adjustments that anyone with a graphic eye - or any eye - would see (illegible font, spacing so small you can't write in it, etc.). Plus, with every adjustment getting charged along the way. I finally took the template and did it myself on my computer to get it correct & gave it back to them for printing. 2. Poor printing quality - Picked up the order to find a flaw in the plate that created a white line that ran through the printing. When brought to the owner's attention, he acknowledged the error, but made it clear he would do nothing about this order - he would not reprint it, he would not offer a discount, nothing. 3. Poor/No customer service - The only thing the owner, Roger, offered was to "help me directly the next time I place an order". Since it was a small order, I got all the service I was going to get. I will not be using Dial Printers ever again and I will not recommend them to anyone. Really bad experience. read more

They know thier craft and the importance of how their work represents their customers. Roger and Robert understood design industry standards and went out of their way to make sure I had a top quality business cards in time for a business event. I presented a sample, artwork and only had 48 hrs. They were so nice to check if a staff member was available to work on his day off, to work a machine that required more time to complete my cards. The card stock, special cut size and print quality was as hoped. Robert was so kind to call me a few times to make sure I knew they were ready early than expected and not to miss them before they closed that day.
