I'm so impressed by Roger, Teresa and Dial Instant Printers. The quality of customer service is AMAZING!!! The finished product (postcards and vynyl signage) is first class quality. I specifically chose Dial based on proximity to LAX and the ratings on yelp. I live and run a small business, called The Savvy Actor, Inc. in New York City and needed supplies for a trade show at the Staples Center. I was on a tight budget and deadline. I really gave Roger a small window from which to work...and trust me I knew that when I called him. When I called, I had several questions. The biggest stemming from the fact that I couldn't decided between vinyl or foam core posters. We discussed how they would be used and Roger gave great advice that made me feel confident in the choices that I had made. At the end of our conversation, I told Roger I'd have the files to him later that day. Unfortunately, my computer crashed and I lost my Illustrator with it. Roger offered to help make a design change. Because the crash was pushing the deadline he even offered to deliver the finished product to the Staples Center if he was not able to deliver by my pick up time I had originally requested. Dial delivered and Roger kept me in the loop on the details of the process. I'm giving Dial Instant Printers 5 stars for print quality, customer service and ease of mind. read more

I used Dial Printers to create postcard mailers for my business, and am soooo happy with how they turned out!! They are so eye-catching and look very professional--I'm excited to send these out and am confident they will get good results for my business. Geiner worked closely with me in the design of the mailers, and was very patient with my many questions! He is very good with communication, and never "left me hanging"--he always kept me updated with emails or phone calls, and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely use Dial Printers in the future, and would be happy to recommend them to anyone! read more

This is the only place that I have ever been to that really goes beyond your expectations. Roger makes you feel like a close friend as soon as you walk in and does an amazing job with ALL print jobs, ranging from b cards to note cards, to anything you throw his way. He has no problem spending the time to assist you in getting things right and for the best price possible. It's nice to see people who are so dedicated to their business, customers and quality of their products. read more

This little known printer shop has been in business serving locals for years. And the reason that they are still around after all these years when there are so many other larger competitors around is that they really go the extra mile to take care of you. I've used them a number of times for last minute jobs where I need something printed quickly for a show or event and they always come through. Roger, the co owner, has always taken care of me. And unlike the bigger print places like Kinkos, they are not afraid to help you with special requests-doing custom print jobs, designing logos and print material. read more

Roger is the most patient and helpful individual! It is nice to know that people are still so incredibly passionate about what they do. He truly helped me expedite something as quickly as I needed it! He has great insight and the finished product was amazing. Would highly recommend him. read more

Roger was very friendly and happy to take a look at my job, make suggestions and talk about options. Pricing was excellent.

The best printers in the greater Los Angeles area! I recently had buisness cards designed & printed at Dial Printers and my experience with Roger was great. He was very patient, listened attentively, & gave me very honest feedback regarding my buisness cards. Everytime I present my card, I hear the same comment "wow, that's a really nice card." In fact, I plan to use Dial Printers for all of my marketing & printing needs. read more

Can you say BEST PRINTING SERVICE EVER!!!! I needed to get some invitations printed for my son's party... I was pressed for time to get them mailed out ... I was really stressing out... I spotted this place by my job... And it was best choice ever... Thank you much read more

BOTTOM LINE... Roger and his staff go above and beyond to make sure your order is EXACTLY the way you want it!!!!!! It does not matter whether the order is for personal use, small/med size company, or a Fortune 500 company, they get the job done!!! I've used Dial Instant Printers for YEARS and they have never let me down. Signs, flyers, business cards, graphic design, you name it they can do it. Quick comment on the bad reviews... To be frank... I don't know what these people are talking about. I've used Dial for numerous amount of projects and they have always been extremely professional and their customer service is second to none. read more

I was quoted a price and finish date when I walked in with the card stock, quantity and print I wanted. The employee was a bit odd but, I decided not to think much of it. I asked to place the order and he insisted I email him my order instead. I said that's fine. I called and inquired about his response since I didn't hear from him and he said he would send it right away. I never received it and since I needed this to be ordered as soon as possible I called back and the owner answered. Roger is a very nice guy, but said he couldn't place my order for what I was quoted by his employee. I explained to him that I needed this soon and he said sorry that he couldn't do for what his employee quoted me for two hours before that! Terrible customer service. Clearly they don't need the business. Give your business to someone who does. read more

Great personal customer service at Dial Instant Printers graphic design and printing services in Manhattan Beach, California. Brochures, business cards, logos. Highly recommend if you need real personal service, attention to your project and quality printing. I had a very important last minute presentation I needed yesterday and I needed a real person that could listen and get the project completed by my deadline. I was able to speak directly to Roger the co-owner. He listened and created exactly what I needed fast. The graphic design and artwork represented my business perfectly, not too much, not too little, but just right. Thank you -- without a doubt, I'll be a Dial Instant Printers customer for a long time. --A Transcription 2000 Services, Inc. http://www.transcription-services.org read more

This is my first time writing a review for anything. I used Roger to print some posters about 2 years ago and not only did he print it on biodegradable foam core, he cut us a deal since we were just starting out. About 7 months ago, we had a fundraiser to help raise money to build a home for rescued girls in human trafficking and when I asked Roger if he could give us a discounted price on our invites. He went above and beyond and printed our invites for free...and he told us we could print on both sides. Everyone was impressed with the printing. I highly recommend Dial-a-printer. read more

I went here based on these reviews and they were right on!!! Roger is amazingly helpful and attentive. He helped me with my formatting and was very patient with my basic skills. When you find a place that works with you, makes you feel like they're on the same job, you won't take your business anywhere else. I will go back for all of my printing needs. read more

I went on Yelp to find a printer in the Southbay. I called several but even their phone manner was unprofessional. I was hesitant about calling a printer in Manhattan Beach because I thought it would totally be out of my price range. I'm so glad I called! I got to talk to the owner Rodger, and it was so refreshing after all the rude people I had called before. He was so professional, helpful and kind! This is so rare these days. I was so happy with how our conversation went, I came in to meet with him that very day! He kindly took out time to share so many ideas and even made up a sample! I wish every business experience could be so pleasant. Dial Printers is the real deal! Professional & Creative! Rodger knows what he's doing, and best of all he does it with kindness! I highly recommend Dial Printers, you will get the personal attention you deserve for your project. Thank you for being so awesome Rodger!!! Best Wishes to you, your wife, and kids! read more

These people are great! I wish I would have found them years ago. They're the real deal - friendly, tremendous service and will not let anything go out the door until they know it's been done right. Great quality in prints, artwork and attitude. They work with you until you're satisfied with the final product. Not too many companies do that anymore. I highly recommend them! read more

SEARCH NO MORE! So here's my story in a nutshell. I went to another printing company for help regarding a business card that wasn't quite right. Lets just say after 3 weeks and 180.00, I was extremely frustrated with the results. Needless to say I needed to move on and thank goodness I found Roger on Yelp. He saw me immediately, helped me understand what I wasn't liking about the card (I couldn't figure it out) and even helped me redesign it after hours. I saw him treat a customer that was printing 4 pages of her resume ($1.00) get just as much respect as the rest of his clients. So if you want the perfect copy of a resume or a $400.00 printed sweatshir,t Roger and his crew are people to see. BTW, my business cards turned out amazing! Thanks Roger, for your great smile, sense of design, patience, efficiency, honesty and everything else. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I like to support local businesses and saw the good reviews for Dial Printers, so decided to give them an order. What a mistake and I will never be back. 1. Poor graphic support - Multiple back and forth with adjustments that anyone with a graphic eye - or any eye - would see (illegible font, spacing so small you can't write in it, etc.). Plus, with every adjustment getting charged along the way. I finally took the template and did it myself on my computer to get it correct & gave it back to them for printing. 2. Poor printing quality - Picked up the order to find a flaw in the plate that created a white line that ran through the printing. When brought to the owner's attention, he acknowledged the error, but made it clear he would do nothing about this order - he would not reprint it, he would not offer a discount, nothing. 3. Poor/No customer service - The only thing the owner, Roger, offered was to "help me directly the next time I place an order". Since it was a small order, I got all the service I was going to get. I will not be using Dial Printers ever again and I will not recommend them to anyone. Really bad experience. read more

What an incredible experience! The owner was very thorough and patient with us in regards to our company's re-design of business cards. We valued his expertise and advice, and we are thrilled with how our company's new business cards look. We wanted a "wow" factor and he delivered. The prices were incredible competitive and the lowest of all quotes we received. I would HIGHLY recommend Dial Printers for any printing needs. James Daniels, The Meeting Designers read more

very friendly people. outstanding service. great prices. highest recommendation. colors look refreshingly alive.

Dial Instant Printer deserves a 5 star+ rating for doing great quality work. This family run business are genuinely nice people. They know thier craft and the importance of how their work represents their customers. Roger and Robert understood design industry standards and went out of their way to make sure I had a top quality business cards in time for a business event. I presented a sample, artwork and only had 48 hrs. They were so nice to check if a staff member was available to work on his day off, to work a machine that required more time to complete my cards. The card stock, special cut size and print quality was as hoped. Robert was so kind to call me a few times to make sure I knew they were ready early than expected and not to miss them before they closed that day. It is not often people take such good care of their customers. I love my business cards thanks to Dial Instant Printers! read more
