I walked in today this the second time I have walked in for a scheduled appointment and told I didn't have appointment the office staff said I had a new patient appointment today but that it was canceled and I said why would I have a new patient appointment if I have seen her before then they were on the phone and talking about September and sending me to urgent care. The last time I was suppose to be seen and I walked in they said oh we called (no voicemail) she had a family emergency then they scheduled me a month out to today. I had ultrasound and it says my liver is enlarged and I have no follow up to go over reports and still majorly struggling. It sucks even my mental health appointments have not been happening and my medications not filled. Then I called for a refill of prep for colonoscopy and scope and they didn't even refill the liquid so I'm sitting here like what do I do? How can I even get help. Horrible and while I was in there another female walked in complaining the same thing with medication issues and appointment issues. I told them just cancel all future appointments that I'm moving to Texas for better medical care I truly pray this office improves how they care for their patients.

I now know I can be well with 3 infusions every 4 to 6 months....actually I went 7.5 months once. I now know everyone there so well, Chris Lawinski , although very busy, manages to be flexible, since I fly in for 3 to 4 days. This truly is an extraordinary medical practice, and so obviously, the result of a doc with a clear vision who worked and turned it into a reality. I also have had several virtual consults and phone appointments, PRIMACY to discuss the ketamine lozenges I take which which prolong the infusions. I also have a wonder compounding pharmacy in Berkeley, California, who fill the scripts, and who are incredible, make it so stressless. I receive the lozenges 36 hours after they post them, and I am in Honolulu! They are accessible via email and phone....And does this efficiency and professionalism cost more...N0, including shipping it is half what one pharmacy charged, and 1/4 th what another charged!...and others with similar cost, were impossible to reach, and packages took 3 to 5 days to reach me. Remember this name..VALOR COMPOUNDING IN BERKELEY! ..no..I am not related to anyone there, and no, I wasn't paid. When I walked in to Clear Chiropractic a few weeks ago, I felt out of alignment, sore, and grumpy all the time because of my pain. I was also having trouble sleeping. Potentially racist encounter here. I would like a refund. Full experience below…read more I brought my bike up to the office and she insisted it wouldn't be stolen if I left it outside the door. She was so preoccupied about how much time this would take for me to find a bike rack downstairs due to "back to back" appointments. Why the f**k would I trust her word regarding the safety of my precious bike. After suggesting I come back another day, guilting me into "I drove here for you," and saying she called her next appointment to push to 9:40am (she did not since I was in front of her the whole time) ontop of me being desperate after a bad week, I suggested to put the bike inside her office which she agreed to. Looking back, I should've left because the purpose is to heal and how can I with this energy. And so begin the awkward convo about why I wanted acupuncture. She couldnt understand or pick up much of what I was saying due to lack of English so things I said I had to repeat or she didnt hear at all. Never go to a doctor that doesn't know your language fluently because then how are they supposed to treat you? Overall it was a quick 20-30 min acupuncture in a dark tight silent room. Shortest session I've ever had but she insisted "it's not about the time, it's about the results." Stayed on the table beyond my appointment time since she said her next appointment that she was preoccupied about "cancelled." She also mentioned right off the bat that she only accepted cash, which was not communicated when I booked the appt. The length of session was also not communicated prior. Anyways, if I had to run and go get cash, this would've been another reason she would've suggested "I come back another day." On top of that she didnt have full change so I get the vibe she was lying about the card machine not working...racism? Maybe but looking back on this, it seemed she was lying about many things and searching for any reason to not treat me. A waste of $75, but actually $77 since she didnt have enough change. Offered $2 off in next visit but I won't be returning. I would love a refund.

I cannot say enough great things about this place and the people there. I have never had a better…read moredoctor than Jennifer. She is amazing, and is able to diagnose things I never even knew were wrong with me. After looking at my blood test results on what I thought was just a routine annual checkup, she mentioned my enzymes (or something like that) were off, and made me get an ultrasound. She told me something was off, could be my liver or gall bladder (I'm paraphrasing here). Thinking it was a crazy waste of time, after a couple months I eventually went and had one done. Turns out, those severe pains I'd ignored, thinking I'd just slept wrong, or were just aches from no exercise and middle age, weren't from those things. I had four sizeable gallstones, and it turns out I needed to have my gall bladder removed! Another thing was my anemia. I've had so many doctors I've lost count, tell me I needed to take iron supplements as I've always been anemic. Not severe, but enough so that the times I tried to donate blood I always got rejected. : Jennifer insisted I see a blood specialist, telling me she did not want to prescribe iron supplements because they would do no good, depending on what type of anemia I have. Turns out, once again, she was spot on in her diagnoses. My anemia is hereditary, having to do with my being Sicilian. Can't remember the medical term for it, but iron supplements definitely do not do it a bit of good. Neither of these things were even what I'd gone in to see her for. She took the time to actually look at blood test results, ask me some questions, and saw those things. The entire staff at Park Wellness, Jennifer, Lorna and Randy are all caring, knowledgeable and extremely patient. They go above and beyond for all their patients. My whole family has been seeing them for almost 3 years. (That's an age range from 9 to 57. lol) They always make the time and squeeze us in no matter how busy they are. HIGHLY recommend them. AAA+++

This place is awful. They work on the sunk-cost principle. You first have to go have an interview…read morewith the office manager, where he assures you how much cheaper their services are than a regular doctor's office. Then you have to have an appointment to establish service. During this appointment, they literally will NOT talk to you about any medical issues you have or any prescriptions you might need. You're supposed to make another appointment for that. This first appointment is just for the APRN to nod her head while you go over your history. They make a big deal about being cheaper than doctors, and it's true, their actual visit cost is less. However, you'll quickly find (if you pay out of pocket like we do) that they have "procedure fees" for everything. For instance, at the doctor we eventually found, I only pay a $35 nurse fee for vaccinations, but at Park Wellness, I was expected to pay the regular office visit fee PLUS an additional amount for a procedure fee, which brought the total to MORE than a checkup with the doctor. Not only that, but I was flat out told that they charge MORE for a procedure fee for people who pay out of pocket than they charge insurance companies. The office manager, who is related to both APRNs and is therefore likely there to stay, is a rude jerk. I'd say more, but frankly, I have so little trust for this place that I don't want to say enough that I can be identified. This was one of the worst "doctor" experiences I've ever had.
