He texted and told me to call him, and told me he had an emergency surgery and was out for 2 weeks. Thankfully I did not put in a deposit but I did not anticipate on being left in the dust with zero communication especially since I had to text first...Luis apologized and offered a "zero transportation fee" for a next booking.
