All I can say is phenomenal! Di Napoli is a casual but beautiful restaurant. We had the best service and the food was fantastic! Fresh bread is brought to the table- it was the best bread I've ever had- melts in your mouth! We tried the Scarparelli And Gorgonzola pastas as recommended by staff and I can't name the last time I had such a flavorful, well done pasta dish! Our hats off to the chefs! Got to try di Napoli for a work lunch and it was good! You order and pay for your food before seating, so while I felt a bit rushed to choose something I finally decided on the Carbonara with chicken, per the staff's suggestion. The carbonara was delicious! I felt so full towards the end of the meal that I took some to go. The bread brought to the table (complimentary) was a bit too crunchy for my liking. While this isn't upscale Italian, it was good food for the price and I'd go again! I've heard great things about the lasagna and Scarparelli so that's on my list to try another time. read more

My first experience with Di Napoli was somewhat mixed. The location of Di Napoli is conveniently located in the parking lot of Scheels. It's a nice location with plenty of booth and table space (extra booths are a plus!). It's not fine dining, but more a sit-down casual experience. We arrived at lunchtime and there were very few people there. We waited at the front for ten minutes before someone came up to take our order. Once placed, we sat and waited 20-25 minutes for us to get our food. If you only have a thirty minute lunch break maybe keep this in mind. I ordered the chicken Parmesan and my boyfriend ordered the bolognese. Although his Bolognese was not traditional, instead of a red wine, meat sauce it was a brandy, cream sauce, but it was good. It had a lot of rich flavor and the pasta was cooked well. My chicken Parmesan, on the other hand, was absolutely terrible. The chicken was stringy and felt as if it was reheated and overcooked. It was not warm when it arrived. The spaghetti was undercooked, more tough than al dente, and the sauce had very little flavor and was not cooked long enough to bring out the rich tomato flavor in the sauce, either. It really needed some basil, oregano, or some seasoning. My entire meal ended up in the trash. We shared an Italian cream cake for dessert, which was good. Service was very slow, but nice enough. Overall, I would rate it 2 1/2 stars right down the middle. read more

You want a restaurant to care. No? Whoever built the interior of the restaurant should take a swing at running the service and kitchen sides of the biz bc they did an incredible job creating a beautiful and welcoming interior. However, you're left with the feeling they do not care about your experience. The food was *not* good. The cashier was sitting on the ground behind the counter, looking at her phone. The prices are too high for that. The Caesar salad $15 was overdressed and soggy which can only happen if it'd been sitting for an hour or two with the dressing on the lettuce. The chicken Parmesan $20 was rubbery and the crust was soggy in parts and stiff (from sitting too long) in others. It did not taste good at all. Sauce was good but was served on a ruined dish. I ordered it in to-go boxes but sat down to try the dishes fresh. I couldn't get past a bite or two on each item before deciding to dump it and go somewhere else. With $4 fountain drink it was an immediate waste of $40. I'm sure they have the ability to be great. The interior shows that. And reviews from their other location are good. Fast casual experience with fine dining flavors! Tried di Napoli for lunch today and our entire group was impressed! Love that the ordering is fast casual style. Definitely speeds things up and means you aren't hanging around waiting for a check at the end of the meal. The restaurant itself was beautiful! Very well curated decor that provided a more upscale feel. The food itself was fantastic! I ordered the carbonara which was a little sweeter than I expected but it was still phenomenal. This place was a complete 180 for me. It started out with me not realizing that you had to order your food from a counter like going to McDonalds. Complete turn off. "it's fast food"....was my immediate thought. I grumbled.... waited for my wife and kid to arrive. They arrived and I thought... ok... lets give it a try. I'M EATING CROW but it wasn't on the menu. Over all I would totally recommend the spaghetti with meatballs ( if you can't do that then you are not an Italian restaurant...haha) and the lobster ravioli was a little $$ for what it is, still very tasty. So-so with some positives and some negatives. Sometimes hard to get a table. This place is really physically large and seems like they could really use more tables. It definitely doesn't seem like adding more would be any type of fire hazard or anything. The ziti $16 was very bland and I consider overpriced. The lasagna $17 was great. I'd come back for the Caesar salad $13. The bread is ok, but it feels like it should have something to dip it in. Not much flavor on its own. And they gave us three baskets of bread! They have to-go containers and bags at their service station for any customer to grab, which is a really convenient touch.
