I never buy meat from the grocery stores anymore because I am sure about where this product comes from - all local and regional farmers and ranchers! It feels good to help sustainable agriculture and small businesses. I travel a lot and it is all waiting for me in my freezer. I was disappointed as their restaurant food tasted okay and a little bland. Nothing out of this world. I suggest booking the tour and tasting, but go eat lunch somewhere else.
