It felt like they were trying to rip me off. The installation company gave me a four hour window (9-1). I called the night before to see if I'm first or last in the line up. He told me I was first. The blinds were for my elderly aunt who lives alone. I went to her house first thing in the morning and they didn't show up until 12:15pm. He said he had to drive far to pick the blinds up. I know he already had the blinds because we had to reschedule a previous installation appointment because they were too late. He picked up the blinds then. The guy in untrustworthy and unreliable.
