The other place quoted me the same price as Oliver, but the guy never showed up, so this was the clear choice. I actually called some other places too but many of them wanted to replace the whole window or had a minimum of 3 or more windows. Oliver was quick and efficient. He gave me a quote after I sent him a rough measurement of the broken window and texted him some photos. He came out to do his own measurement and assess the damage, and his quote was still the same. He told me it would take about 2-3 business days to order the right size glass. He came back as promised and got the job done in less than 10 minutes. Oliver does full window replacements too, so I may look into getting some of our old windows replaced by him in the future.

This was the first place I called, the person who answered the phone said they would send someone out to the vacant property & they called me with a price which was $160 for both windows. I agreed to the price & they replaced the glass & the rollers because the window wasn't opening/closing properly.... I was a little surprised because all of this was done with just a phone call, they never asked me to leave a credit card or come in and pay first, I wasn't even at the property when the work was done, the glass was replaced all while I was at work & of course when I got off work I went in and paid. 5 Brothers made this the easiest transaction ever, I would definitely recommend.

Josh and his staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure the measurements were right for what I needed. The service was prompt, the glass was cut accurately, and everything fit perfectly when I installed it in the cabinet doors. I was also really impressed with how carefully they packaged the glass. Everything was well protected and arrived back at my shop without any damage. As a woodworker, getting accurate glass dimensions is extremely important because even a small mistake can create problems during installation. These pieces dropped right into the doors exactly as planned. Great workmanship, great customer service, and a very smooth experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be using Josh and his team again for future cabinet and woodworking projects. Highly recommend!!!

After my General Contractor took the payment, I had provided for replacing my wardrobe mirror…read moredoors, I was left without the installation. The contractor explained that he had not installed the doors because they were scratched. Seeking a solution, I reached out to Orange Mirror and Glass and spoke with Mike. He informed me that the doors should have been installed and later replaced if necessary. Mike promptly scheduled an appointment to take measurements for the new doors. Once the measurements were completed, I visited the showroom to explore available options. Although I originally had two mirrored doors, Mike recommended upgrading to a set of three mirrored glass doors. He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. I promptly signed the paperwork and paid half the amount via credit card to proceed with the order. On the day of installation, Orange Mirror and Glass arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I appreciated their punctuality, as it is uncommon for contractors to arrive early. The team removed my old, heavy mirror doors from 1973 and installed the new frameless doors efficiently within approximately 30 minutes. Based on this positive experience, I have decided that Orange Mirror and Glass will be my preferred glass company for all future projects.
