Yesterday, DG TechNick came over to fix my leaking refrigerator. I was super frastrated and irrotated, but Nick was able to handle everything in a super fast and professional manner. He had to replace the defrost thermostat (I made a picture). Also he showed me how my airventilation was blocked! (Image attached) So after everything was taken care of and I cooled off from my intence day ( Everything had to go wrong that day!!) i decided to write a review for Nick. He deserves it! Good work ethics, good manners, good comunication skill, great work! I recommend him and want to say that I have had many bad experiances with contractora fixing my washer dryer and Plumbing and other stuff before and they all seem to be very angry on their life. Perfect experience A++++++ We noticed our dishwasher was not draining. As new homeowners I immediately searched for the nearest appliance support on Yelp and was so glad to have found Nick. I sent a message via Yelp, got a response from Nick within minutes, and was able to schedule this morning after contacting him in a panic last night. Highly reasonable fees for trip charge, troubleshooting, and service / repair. Nick was so friendly and knowledgeable! He called out quickly what he thought the issue was, cleared our garbage disposal air gap on the counter swiftly, and described what he was doing very patiently and in detail. Nick was very professional and he knows what he is doing. So much information and advise. I enjoyed conversation with him while he was fixing my whirlpool washer and dryer combo unit in a garage. He came out the same day when I called and he was able to fix it the next day. He had to get the parts for it. He was very polite and he put the booties on without me even asking! What a nice guy! I hired DG Tech Appliance Repair for my GE refrigerator and microwave repair. I had no idea what was wrong with my fridge, but understood that it wasn't functioning correctly and needed to be repaired immediately before the freshly bought groceries started to spoil. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nick fixing my Whirlpool stackable washer and dryer unit and my GE refrigerator at my house in San Rafael last Friday. My washer was acting up for a while but my refrigerator stopped cooling and I started freaking out and was calling everyone in the area. Noone wanted to come out on Friday, but Nick came out right away and I was very happy, because he fixed my refrigerator right away and he ordered the part for the washer and came back on Monday to complete the job. Wonderful sharp service. Nick was very very nice! Knowledgable. Fairly priced! I called because my Kitchen-Aid microwave oven combo unit broke. And its Christmas soon and I was worrying so much that It sill not be fixed on time. Nick explained to me how everything works and assured me that it will be fixed on time.
